服務學習在我國高校思想政治理論課中的實施策略研究

【摘要】:面向世界、面向未來、面向現代化,是思想政治教育發(fā)展的必然趨勢。服務學習(Service-Learning)契合思想政治教育發(fā)展“三面向”趨勢。它發(fā)源、發(fā)展、成熟于美國,己被世界各發(fā)達國家和地區(qū)如英國、法國、加拿大、新加坡、日本,臺灣、香港等廣泛應用于教育領域。服務學習是融學生學習取向、學校教育取向、社會需求取向為一體的實踐教學方式,既可作為高校學生專業(yè)課程的教學載體,與學科教育結合形成專業(yè)性服務學習;又可作為旨在提升高校學生綜合素質的非專業(yè)性服務學習。實踐性、自主性、反思性、互惠性、發(fā)展性、創(chuàng)造性是其基本特性,其中互惠性是根本特征。本文從教學目標、教學分類,教學組織,教學評價、發(fā)展歷程及國內外踐行情況等角度深入剖析服務學習,了解和把握服務學習發(fā)展最完善國家的服務學習情況,為本文的研究重點奠定基礎。發(fā)展成熟于西方的服務學習在我國高校思想政治理論課中是否具有茁壯的水分與土壤?這是在探討實施策略前不可回避的問題。服務學習作為思想政治理論課教學方式,是符合教育趨勢的中國特色選擇,不僅助于社會教學資源在思想政治理論課教學中的有效利用,而且有利于破解思想政治理論課實踐教學難于組織、難于常態(tài)化及難于真實化的困境;實現了教學主體由“他”者向“我”者的身份轉化,教學過程從一次性活動向持續(xù)性活動的轉換,教學管理從單向管理向共同管理轉換,教學考核由一維評價向二維評價的轉換。基于高校思想政治理論教育發(fā)展的客觀需要,本文以服務學習在我國高校思想政治理論課中的實施策略研究為重點,在第三、四、五章節(jié)分別以獨立章節(jié)的形式,從教學引導:推廣服務學習的“助力器”;社區(qū)組織:實施服務學習的“在場域”;制度支撐:服務學習發(fā)展的“可持續(xù)”等闡述,并對每一章節(jié)的核心論點結合實踐案例加以論證,讓充滿生機、活力的服務學習為我國高校思想政治理論課教育發(fā)展注入新鮮血液。
[Abstract]:Facing the world, facing the future, facing the modernization, is the inevitable trend of the development of Ideological and political education. Service learning (Service-Learning) with the development of "Ideological and political education for three" trend. It rises, development, mature in the United States has been the world's developed countries and regions such as England, France, Canada, Singapore, Japan and Taiwan. Hongkong is widely used in the field of education. Service learning is the financial learning orientation, school education orientation, teaching mode of social demand orientation as a whole, can be used as a teaching carrier of college students professional courses, combined with discipline education form professional service learning; also can be used to enhance the comprehensive quality of college students of non professional service learning. Practice, autonomy, reflection, reciprocity, development, creativity is its basic characteristic, which is the fundamental characteristic of reciprocity. In this paper, from the teaching objectives, teaching classification , teaching organization, teaching evaluation, development course and the practice point of view in-depth analysis of service learning, service learning to understand and grasp the most perfect service learning state, to lay the foundation for the focus of this paper. The development of mature western service learning is water and soil to grow in the course of Ideological and political theory in China this is in the university? To investigate the unavoidable problem. As a way of teaching strategy of Ideological and political theory course is the choice of service learning, in accordance with the education trend of Chinese characteristics, not only contribute to the effective use of social teaching resources in the ideological and political theory courses, but also conducive to the practice of Ideological and political theory course teaching is difficult to crack it is difficult to organize, normalization and difficult to real difficulties; to achieve the teaching subject from "he" to "I" the identity transformation, the teaching process from an activity Conversion to persistent activity, teaching management transformation from one-way management to the management of teaching assessment by one-dimensional two-dimensional evaluation. Evaluation of conversion to the objective needs of the development of Ideological and political theory education in Colleges and Universities Based on the research of service learning in the implementation of the strategy in the ideological and political theory course in Universities in China as the focus, in the third, fourth, five chapters in a separate section form, from the Teaching Guide: the promotion of service learning "booster"; community organizations: the implementation of service learning "field"; institutional support: service learning of sustainable development is described, and the core argument for each chapter with practical case to be demonstrated, that is full of vitality, vigor service learning to inject fresh blood into the development of the theory of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities in China.
