【摘要】：學術資本是大學賴以存在和發(fā)展的主要資本類型,可以劃分為顯性學術資本、隱性學術資本和基于學術聲望的混合學術資本。相對人力資本、智力資本,學術資本是大學內(nèi)部最為核心、最為高端的部分。從學術史的視角分析,高深知識是學術資本的核心要素,通過高深知識的傳承和創(chuàng)新形成的學術成就和學術聲望是學術資本的表現(xiàn)形式。學術資本的道德約束性是區(qū)別于學術資本化和學術資本主義的重要層面,缺失了道德約束性的學術資本轉(zhuǎn)化,最終必然導致學術資本化和學術資本主義。
[Abstract]:Academic capital is the main type of capital on which universities exist and develop. It can be divided into explicit academic capital, recessive academic capital and mixed academic capital based on academic reputation.Relative human capital, intellectual capital, academic capital is the most core, the most high-end part of the university.From the point of view of academic history, advanced knowledge is the core element of academic capital, and academic achievement and academic prestige formed through the inheritance and innovation of advanced knowledge are the forms of expression of academic capital.The moral constraint of academic capital is different from academic capitalization and academic capitalism, and the transformation of academic capital without moral constraint will inevitably lead to academic capitalization and academic capitalism.
