【摘要】：高等教育大眾化、市場化程度的加深使得大學(xué)社會責任的擔當成為學(xué)者們的關(guān)注點。一種流行的觀點認為,大學(xué)應(yīng)該走出校園,以更為直接的方式積極參與到社會中,滿足人們更多的倫理訴求。這種理解源于大學(xué)與社會間彼此的資源依賴以及公眾對大學(xué)“公共性”的倫理期待,然而這種觀點更多地將社會責任的注意力集中于組織之外的社會領(lǐng)域,忽視了組織自身也是社會的構(gòu)成部分,在某種程度上會傷及大學(xué)教育與科學(xué)研究的本職工作,進而對大學(xué)社會地位產(chǎn)生威脅。大學(xué)在承擔社會責任的實踐中產(chǎn)生的社會亂象更加引發(fā)學(xué)術(shù)界對大學(xué)社會責任性質(zhì)的爭議�；诖�,本文認為,大學(xué)社會責任不能僅僅是流行觀點所關(guān)注的部分,對大學(xué)社會責任進行多維解讀與分析是極為必要的。通過對“大學(xué)”與“社會責任”的性質(zhì)解讀,筆者認為,大學(xué)是基于“學(xué)術(shù)性”本質(zhì)而得以存在,真正對社會負責應(yīng)該著眼于社會整體與長遠,在符合社會倫理要求的同時,無害于大學(xué)“學(xué)術(shù)性”,甚至能更好地維護大學(xué)組織的生存與發(fā)展;基于倫理意義來看,公眾并不總是理智的,有時倫理期望并不一定合理,大學(xué)應(yīng)該堅持一種責任倫理理念,即審視自己的行為的過程與結(jié)果是否真正做到對社會有益。單純依靠行為的動機、手段與直接性的結(jié)果并不能簡單判定該行為具有倫理價值;基于組織社會責任的視角,組織與社會之間存在互惠關(guān)系,組織在提供產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)滿足社會需要的同時,贏得了客戶、資金、聲譽,提高了社會責任能力。大學(xué)自身能力的獲得,也必然地會帶來社會利益的增加;基于社會分工角度,大學(xué)作為社會系統(tǒng)中的一員,完成社會賦予的分工使命是其存在于社會的基本要求。大學(xué)做好本職工作就是履行一種社會責任,在這基礎(chǔ)上才能更好地為自身之外的其他社會利益做出貢獻�；诖髮W(xué)社會責任的多維解讀與分析,本文認為,大學(xué)社會責任是大學(xué)以改善社會的方式,致力于完成社會分工任務(wù)——核心的教育、研究及與教育研究相關(guān)的服務(wù)工作,獲得責任能力,以此來滿足社會需求、增進公共利益,是旨在追求對社會整體和長遠有益的理念和行為。并以此得出,大學(xué)社會責任的基本特征是功利性與超功利性的統(tǒng)一,或工具責任與目的責任的有機統(tǒng)一。為了對大學(xué)社會責任的性質(zhì)作進一步的理解,本文從責任主體、責任能力、責任行為和責任方式四個方面剖析了大學(xué)社會責任的內(nèi)部構(gòu)成。雖然大學(xué)社會責任的履行與大學(xué)組織成員的行為相關(guān),但大學(xué)組織作為責任主體的地位與功能是內(nèi)部個體行為所不能代替的。大學(xué)社會責任能力的獲得根源于核心任務(wù)的完成,這也是責任行為產(chǎn)生的前提。筆者認為,大學(xué)在“有能力做”的基礎(chǔ)上,主要通過他律的方式、合作的方式和自愿的方式履行外部社會責任,滿足“應(yīng)當做”的社會倫理要求�；谝陨戏治�,本文的研究結(jié)論是:大學(xué)社會責任不僅僅是大學(xué)組織之外的社會領(lǐng)域,即不僅僅是滿足社會短期、局部的需要,大學(xué)也是社會的構(gòu)成部分,完成社會賦予的分工使命本身就是對社會負責,并且可能更有利于整個社會的整體、長遠利益。此結(jié)論從大學(xué)角色責任的重要性上,為中國大學(xué)社會責任的擔當提供了理論與實踐上的啟示。
[Abstract]:The popularization of higher education, the degree of marketization of the social responsibility of the university play become the attention of scholars. A popular view is that the university should go out of the campus, in a more direct way to participate actively in the society, meet people's ethical demands more. This kind of understanding from each other between the University and the society the resource dependence and the public university of the "public" ethical expectations, but this point will be more focused on the social responsibility of the organization outside of the social field, ignoring the organization itself is also part of the society, to a certain extent will hurt the university education and scientific research work, and thus pose a threat to the social status university. University in the practice of social responsibility in the social chaos caused more academic research on the social responsibility of university property disputes. Based on this, this paper argues that the University Social responsibility is not only concerned by popular opinion, interpretation and analysis of multidimensional of university social responsibility is extremely necessary. Based on the "University" and "social responsibility" on the nature, the author believes that the university is based on the "academic" essence and existence, really responsible should focus on the whole society and the long-term interests of the community, in accordance with the ethical requirements at the same time, no harm to university "academic", even better able to maintain the survival and development of university organization; based on the ethical point of view, the public is not always rational, sometimes ethical expectations is not reasonable, the university should insist on an ethical responsibility concept, process and results of the survey your behavior is truly beneficial to the society. Only depend on the motives and means of direct results can not simply judge the behavior is based on ethical values; The organization of social responsibility from the perspective of existence of mutual relations between the organization and the social organization, to provide products and services to meet the needs of the community at the same time, to win customers, money, reputation, improve the ability of social responsibility. University's own ability, increase will inevitably bring about social interests; social division of labor perspective, as a university member of the social system, social division of labor is a basic requirement to the mission of its existence in society. University job is to fulfill a social responsibility, to contribute to other social interests on this basis in order to better serve its abroad. Multidimensional analysis and analysis of University Social Responsibility Based on the society the responsibility of university is to improve society, is committed to complete the task of social division of labor -- the core of education, research and related services and education, get the responsibility. Ability to meet the needs of society, promote the public interest, is aimed at the pursuit of the whole society and the long-term beneficial idea and behavior. And concludes that the basic characteristics of university social responsibility is the unity of utilitarian and super utilitarian, organic unity of responsibility and objective responsibility or tools. In order to make the nature of university social responsibility further understanding of the main responsibility, responsibility, responsibility and responsibility four aspects analysis of internal university social responsibility. Although the social responsibility of the University and the university to fulfill the behavior of organizational members related, but the status and function of university organization as the main responsibility is the internal behavior of the individual cannot replace University. The ability of social responsibility was rooted in the core premise of the completion of the task, it is also the responsibility of behavior. The author believes that the university based on "ability to do", mainly through A heteronomy way, the way of cooperation and voluntary fulfill external social responsibility, "should do" meet the ethical requirements. Based on the above analysis, the conclusion of this paper is: the social responsibility of university is not only the university organization outside the field of society, which is not only to meet the social needs of the short-term, local, college is part of the social division of labor, social mission endowed itself is responsible for the society, and may be more conducive to the overall and long-term interests of the whole society. This conclusion from the importance of the role of university responsibility, provide theoretical and practical enlightenment to bear the social responsibility of University in China.
