新疆高校青年教師職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:高等學(xué)校是培養(yǎng)社會(huì)所需人才、服務(wù)社會(huì)、推動(dòng)科技創(chuàng)新和文化繁榮發(fā)展的重要陣地。1新疆高校還承擔(dān)著去極端化、反分裂的艱巨任務(wù)。教師是高校最寶貴的資源,高校賴之以生、學(xué)術(shù)賴之以強(qiáng)。而青年教師是高校教師群體中最具活力和潛力的部分,其發(fā)展?jié)摿徒虒W(xué)科研能力直接決定著高校教師的水平。職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃為青年教師的發(fā)展注入新的動(dòng)力,在個(gè)人職業(yè)發(fā)展、高校建設(shè)發(fā)展和西部地區(qū)高等教育發(fā)展方面提供合理、理性的發(fā)展方向。本文在研究?jī)?nèi)容上劃分為七個(gè)部分:第一部分的緒論,從青年教師個(gè)人層面、高校發(fā)展和西部地區(qū)高等教育發(fā)展和高校全面深化改革層面闡釋了本文的選題背景和意義,整合國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的研究成果并闡述評(píng)價(jià),形成適合本文的組成結(jié)構(gòu)和研究方法。第二部分重點(diǎn)闡述職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的理論基礎(chǔ),以相關(guān)概念界定和理論依據(jù)為兩大基礎(chǔ)。第三部分就新疆高校的青年教師職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃現(xiàn)狀為主體,分析青年教師的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃狀況,并從中找出不足、發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題。第四、五部分就整合所存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了原因分析,涉及青年教師自身的職業(yè)規(guī)劃認(rèn)識(shí)不足、高校的職業(yè)規(guī)劃保障不全面以及相關(guān)政策的缺失。第六部分為經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒,學(xué)習(xí)國(guó)外大學(xué)在崗位設(shè)置、選聘和組織機(jī)構(gòu)方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及國(guó)內(nèi)中南大學(xué)、江西理工大學(xué)在職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn),然后盡可能的將適合新疆高校的經(jīng)驗(yàn)改良應(yīng)用。第七部分對(duì)新疆高校青年教師的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃提出幾點(diǎn)建議。愿新疆高等教育在不久的將來(lái),結(jié)構(gòu)更加合理,特色更加鮮明,建成一批國(guó)際知名、有特色、高水平的高等學(xué)校,爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)一流,為提升我國(guó)綜合國(guó)力貢獻(xiàn)力量。
[Abstract]:Colleges and Universities are an important position in cultivating the talents needed by the society, serving the society, promoting the scientific and technological innovation and the prosperous development of culture. 1. Xinjiang colleges and universities are also undertaking the arduous task of deextremism and anti-division. Teachers are the most precious resources of colleges and universities. Young teachers are the most dynamic and potential part of the group of university teachers. The development potential and the ability of teaching and research directly determine the level of college teachers. The development of colleges and universities and the development of higher education in the western region provide a reasonable and rational direction of development. This paper is divided into seven parts in the content of the research: the introduction of the first part, from the individual level of young teachers, The development of colleges and universities, the development of higher education in the western region and the comprehensive reform of colleges and universities explain the background and significance of this paper, integrate the research results of domestic and foreign scholars and expound the evaluation. The second part focuses on the theoretical basis of career planning. The third part analyzes the status quo of young teachers' career planning in Xinjiang colleges and universities, and finds out the shortcomings and problems. The fifth part analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the integration, including the lack of understanding of the young teachers' own career planning, the incomplete career planning of colleges and universities, and the lack of relevant policies. To study the experience of foreign universities in the field of job establishment, recruitment and organization, as well as the experience of China's Central South University and Jiangxi University of Technology in career planning, The seventh part puts forward some suggestions on the career planning of young teachers in Xinjiang colleges and universities. May higher education in Xinjiang be more rational in structure and distinctive in its characteristics in the near future. To build a group of internationally famous, characteristic, high-level institutions of higher learning, striving for first-class, contributing to the overall national strength of our country.
