【摘要】：根據(jù)教育部統(tǒng)計的數(shù)據(jù)顯示,女性受教育程度不斷提高,女碩士研究生群體日益擴大。從2010年開始,在校女碩士研究生人數(shù)開始超過男碩士研究生。然而高學(xué)歷并沒有給女碩士研究生帶來婚戀上的優(yōu)勢。女碩士研究生的婚戀問題越來越引起人們的關(guān)注。女碩士研究生的婚戀觀問題己經(jīng)成為一個不容忽視的問題。女碩士研究生婚戀認知迷惘、情感心理矛盾、婚戀行為的沖突。分析存在這些問題的原因,主要從社會環(huán)境的復(fù)雜化、教育隊伍的缺位、傳播媒介的誤導(dǎo)這三個方面進行剖析,使得論述更加全面具體。高校把女碩士研究生婚戀觀教育作為思想政治教育的重點工作。在引導(dǎo)在校女碩士研究生樹立正確的婚戀觀的過程中,學(xué)校要針對女碩士研究生的心理、思想特點,遵循思想規(guī)律,完善女碩士研究生婚戀觀教育內(nèi)容體系,充實教育主體,優(yōu)化女碩士研究生婚戀觀教育的方法和載體,營造教育環(huán)境。為了減少女碩士研究生在婚戀過程中產(chǎn)生的問題,女碩士研究生需要樹立正確的戀愛觀、擇偶觀念和婚姻觀。在高校教師、管理者的教育引導(dǎo)和女碩士研究生的主觀努力之下,女碩士研究生的婚戀觀問題一定會得到有效的解決。與此同時還應(yīng)調(diào)動社會、家庭、高校等資源共同努力,幫助在校女碩士研究生樹立正確的婚戀觀。
[Abstract]:According to statistics from the Ministry of Education, women's educational attainment is increasing, and the number of female graduate students is expanding. Since 2010, The number of female graduate students in school began to exceed that of male masters graduate students. However, the higher education level did not bring the superiority of marriage and love to the female master degree graduate students. The problem of marriage and love of female master degree graduate students attracted more and more attention. The female master's degree was paid more and more attention to. The problem of postgraduates' view of marriage and love has become a problem that can not be ignored. Emotional and psychological contradictions, conflicts of love and marriage behavior. Analysis of the causes of these problems, mainly from the social environment complexity, the absence of education team, the media mislead the three aspects of analysis, It makes the discussion more comprehensive and specific. Colleges and universities take the education of female graduate students' view of marriage and love as the key work of ideological and political education. In the process of guiding female graduate students to set up a correct outlook on marriage and love, In view of the psychological and ideological characteristics of female graduate students, the school should follow the law of thought, perfect the content system of the education on marriage and love, enrich the main body of education, and optimize the methods and carriers of the education of marriage and love for female graduate students. In order to reduce the problems in the process of marriage and love, female graduate students need to establish a correct concept of love, mate selection and marriage. With the educational guidance of managers and the subjective efforts of female graduate students, the problem of the concept of marriage and love among female graduate students will surely be effectively resolved. At the same time, resources such as society, families, colleges and universities should be mobilized to work together. Help female graduate students to set up a correct view of marriage and love.
