【摘要】：思想政治教育在我國社會主義核心價值建設(shè)中占有著重要的地位。而開放的發(fā)展,大學(xué)生志愿者服務(wù)如雨后春筍般發(fā)展起來。對于“舶來品”隨著改革開放的發(fā)展,大學(xué)生志愿者服務(wù)如雨后春筍般發(fā)展起來。對于“舶來品”大學(xué)生志愿者服務(wù)來說,要在我國順利發(fā)展下去就不可避免要處理好與思想政治教育的關(guān)系。將西方的志愿文化實現(xiàn)與我國特有文化有效融合,實現(xiàn)大學(xué)生志愿者服務(wù)在思想政治教育層面的最大優(yōu)化。志愿者服務(wù)作為一種新型的充滿生機活力的社會服務(wù)方式,它是我國在經(jīng)濟建設(shè)取得重大進步的前提下發(fā)展起來的,它屬于社會主義精神文明建設(shè),它的引進和發(fā)展既反映出我國政治建設(shè)上的民主性又反映出我國社會公民意識的增強。國家主人翁意識的增強進一步促使人民尋找和利用更好的方式來享受自己的權(quán)利和履行義務(wù),讓人民實現(xiàn)個人價值與社會價值的統(tǒng)一。大學(xué)生志愿者服務(wù)作為新型的服務(wù)方式,展現(xiàn)出了它的優(yōu)勢性和新型性。特別是它在我國思想政治教育上的創(chuàng)新,在傳達和表現(xiàn)思想政治教育內(nèi)容中帶有它自身的特點。從當(dāng)前發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀來看。我國大學(xué)生志愿者服務(wù)在思想政治教育上還是取得了較大的進步,但是隨著社會的變遷,它在作用發(fā)揮過程中也凸顯出了其所存在的一些問題,如發(fā)展方式的逐漸守舊性、發(fā)展環(huán)境的復(fù)雜性、發(fā)展的社會支撐力不夠、發(fā)展進程中的阻礙因素層出不窮、發(fā)展效果的局限性等導(dǎo)致其思想政治教育的影響力不夠。在對大學(xué)生志愿者服務(wù)的研究中,很多學(xué)者都是通過經(jīng)濟學(xué)、社會學(xué)、行為學(xué)等角度來進行研究,他們的研究各有多長,也取得了豐碩的成果。但是作為思想政治教育專業(yè)的研究生,筆者認(rèn)為針對它在思想政治教育中的作用來進行研究很有必要。在核心價值精神上的某些一致性是二者關(guān)聯(lián)的基礎(chǔ),所以本文就在此問題上進行了嘗試性研究。本文主要從五大部分來寫。第一部分是從整體上對論文進行了概述,包括論文研究的背景、意義、現(xiàn)狀和方法等。第二部分是對大學(xué)生志愿者服務(wù)和思想政治教育的相關(guān)概念進行闡述,包括大學(xué)生志愿者服務(wù)的特點,重點寫的是與思想政治教育相關(guān)的特點。第三部分寫大學(xué)生志愿者服務(wù)對思想政治教的作用,主要分三大點即大學(xué)生志愿者服務(wù)豐富思想政治教育的形式、大學(xué)生志愿者服務(wù)傳承、充實思想政治教育內(nèi)容以及大學(xué)生志愿者服務(wù)彰顯思想政治教育價值。第四部分是通過調(diào)查問卷了解大學(xué)生志愿者服務(wù)對思想政治教育作用的現(xiàn)狀,存在的問題并分析其原因。第五部分對增強大學(xué)生志愿者服務(wù)對思想政治教育的作用提出自己的一些建議,從國家角度、社會角度、學(xué)校角度、家庭角度、大學(xué)生角度、服務(wù)組織角度以及文化角度來提出解決的措施。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education plays an important role in the construction of socialist core values in our country. With the development of opening up, the volunteer service of college students has sprung up. Volunteer service for college students has sprung up. For the "imported" volunteer service for college students, If we want to develop smoothly in our country, we must inevitably handle the relationship with ideological and political education and effectively integrate the voluntary culture of the West with the unique culture of our country. To realize the greatest optimization of college student volunteer service in ideological and political education. As a new type of dynamic social service, volunteer service has been developed under the premise of major progress in economic construction in our country. It belongs to the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, Its introduction and development not only reflect the democracy in our country's political construction, but also reflect the strengthening of the citizen consciousness of our society. The strengthening of the sense of national ownership further urges the people to find and use better ways to enjoy themselves. The rights and obligations of the. Let the people realize the unity of personal value and social value. As a new type of service, the volunteer service of college students shows its superiority and new-style, especially its innovation in ideological and political education in our country. In conveying and expressing the content of ideological and political education, it has its own characteristics. From the current situation of development, the volunteer service of college students in our country has made great progress in ideological and political education, but with the changes of society, In the process of exerting its function, it also highlights some problems, such as the gradual conservatism of the mode of development, the complexity of the development environment, the lack of social support for development, and the continuous emergence of obstacles in the process of development. The limitation of development effect leads to the lack of influence of ideological and political education. In the research of volunteer service for college students, many scholars have studied it from the angles of economics, sociology, behavior and so on. Their research has been fruitful, but as a graduate student majoring in ideological and political education, The author thinks that it is necessary to study its role in ideological and political education. Some consistency in the spirit of core values is the basis of their connection. The first part is an overview of the paper as a whole, including the background and significance of the research. The second part is about the related concepts of volunteer service and ideological and political education, including the characteristics of volunteer service for college students. The third part deals with the role of volunteer service in ideological and political education, which is mainly divided into three parts, that is, the form of university student volunteer service to enrich ideological and political education. College student volunteer service inheritance, enrich ideological and political education content and university student volunteer service to highlight the value of ideological and political education. The fourth part is to understand the status of university student volunteer service to ideological and political education through questionnaires. The fifth part puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the function of volunteer service to ideological and political education, from the angle of nation, society, school, family, college students, etc. The service organization angle as well as the culture angle proposed the solution measure.
