【摘要】：正依據(jù)章程自主管理,是高校實(shí)現(xiàn)治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化的基本要求。既要考慮尊重學(xué)術(shù)自由,又要考慮保障行政效率。著力提升學(xué)生的社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和教師的社會(huì)影響力。黨的十八屆三中全會(huì)指出,"全面深化改革的總目標(biāo)是完善和發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義制度,推進(jìn)國(guó)家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化"。深化高等教育綜合改革,推進(jìn)治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化,"大的方向是構(gòu)建政府、學(xué)校、社會(huì)之間新型關(guān)系,落實(shí)和擴(kuò)大學(xué)
[Abstract]:Independent management in accordance with the articles of association is the basic requirement for colleges and universities to realize the modernization of their governance system and governance ability. It is necessary to consider respecting academic freedom.
