【摘要】:創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)是處于知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,并在國(guó)家的政策支持下發(fā)展起來(lái)的,越來(lái)越得到相關(guān)部門(mén)的重視。大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)精神的培育有利于激發(fā)他們的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)意識(shí)、培養(yǎng)他們的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)品質(zhì)、堅(jiān)定他們的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)意志。據(jù)調(diào)查,大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)精神培育存在很多方面的問(wèn)題,一是在創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)課程中缺乏對(duì)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)精神相關(guān)的教育內(nèi)容;二是缺乏有效的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)精神培育實(shí)踐平臺(tái),實(shí)踐平臺(tái)淪為技能的把握,忽視了創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐;三是缺乏創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)精神培育的師資隊(duì)伍;四是文化氛圍忽視了對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)精神培育。究其原因,一方面是高校對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育目標(biāo)的偏離,對(duì)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)精神培育的投入不足;另一方面創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)精神培育的宣傳推廣不足,創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)精神培育的文化氛圍欠缺。針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題及原因,要讓學(xué)生具備創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)精神,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外高校的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),匯集社會(huì)各方的力量。應(yīng)通過(guò)明確創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育理念,改革創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)課程;加大對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)新精神培育的投入;拓寬大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)精神培育的渠道;營(yíng)造有利于創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)精神培育的文化環(huán)境;改革創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)精神培育的教學(xué)方法,這樣才能使創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)精神深深的根植于大學(xué)生內(nèi)心,并把它轉(zhuǎn)化為實(shí)際行動(dòng),提升自己的素質(zhì),實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的人生價(jià)值,弘揚(yáng)中國(guó)精神,為建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家、實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)夢(mèng)而奮斗。
[Abstract]:Innovation and entrepreneurship is in the era of knowledge economy and developed under the support of national policies, and has been paid more and more attention by relevant departments. The cultivation of innovative entrepreneurship of college students is conducive to stimulate their consciousness of innovation and entrepreneurship. According to the investigation, there are many problems in the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurship of college students, one is the lack of educational content related to innovative entrepreneurship in the curriculum of innovative entrepreneurship; The second is the lack of effective practical platform for the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurship, which is reduced to the grasp of skills and neglects the practice of innovation, and the third is the lack of teachers cultivating innovative entrepreneurship; Fourth, the cultural atmosphere neglects the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurship of college students. On the one hand, the reason is that the university deviates from the goal of college students' innovative entrepreneurship education, and the investment in the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurship is insufficient; On the other hand, the propaganda and promotion of the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurship is insufficient, and the cultural atmosphere of cultivating innovative entrepreneurship is lacking. In view of the above problems and reasons, it is necessary for students to have innovative entrepreneurial spirit and learn from the successful experiences of universities and colleges at home and abroad. It is necessary to reform the curriculum of innovative entrepreneurship by clarifying the concept of innovative entrepreneurship education, increasing the input to the cultivation of innovative and innovative spirit of college students, and widening the channels of cultivating innovative entrepreneurial spirit of college students. To create a cultural environment conducive to the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurship, to reform the teaching methods of fostering innovative entrepreneurship, so that innovative entrepreneurship can be deeply rooted in the hearts of college students, and turn it into practical actions, improve their own quality, Realize their own life value, carry forward the Chinese spirit, and strive to build an innovative country and realize Chinese Dream.
