【摘要】：新時(shí)代、新思想、新使命要求我們認(rèn)真領(lǐng)會(huì)習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義思想的深刻內(nèi)涵,明確加快高等教育發(fā)展的重大戰(zhàn)略意義。在深入貫徹新時(shí)代戰(zhàn)略布局,客觀認(rèn)識(shí)"雙一流"建設(shè)的歷史機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,高校必須準(zhǔn)確把握新時(shí)代新使命新任務(wù),堅(jiān)持社會(huì)主義辦學(xué)方向,加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)黨的建設(shè),落實(shí)立德樹人根本任務(wù),深化教育綜合改革,加快高等教育內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展,推進(jìn)"雙一流"建設(shè),辦好中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義高等教育。
[Abstract]:The new era, new ideas and new missions require us to conscientiously understand the profound connotation of Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and make clear the great strategic significance of speeding up the development of higher education. On the basis of objective understanding of the historical opportunities and challenges of "double first-class" construction, colleges and universities must accurately grasp the new era, new mission and new tasks, adhere to the socialist direction of running schools, strengthen and improve the party building, and carry out the fundamental task of building up people by virtue. We should deepen the comprehensive reform of education, speed up the development of the connotation of higher education, promote the construction of "double first-class", and run the socialist higher education with Chinese characteristics well.
