高校危機事件中新媒體的輿論引導研究

【摘要】:當前我國的社會改革正處于關(guān)鍵時期,社會轉(zhuǎn)型期矛盾凸顯、高等學校學校功利性的進行擴招以及東西文化價值觀念的碰撞等多元因素共同導致了高校危機事件的發(fā)生,如馬加爵事件、海南大學的校園'霍亂'事件、上海復(fù)旦大學發(fā)生的黃洋投毒案等被媒體曝光后立即成為社會輿論關(guān)注的焦點,高校危機事件的頻繁發(fā)生嚴重影響了學校聲譽及教學秩序的穩(wěn)定,進而也會對國家和社會的穩(wěn)定構(gòu)成挑戰(zhàn)。本研究的目的在于高校危機事件發(fā)生后如何充分發(fā)揮新媒體的優(yōu)勢,通過合理科學地輿論引導使高校順利化解危機,使緊張的校園氣氛變得更加和諧。在這一思路的基礎(chǔ)上,搜集和整理了大量與本研究相關(guān)的資料,運用思想政治教育學、傳播學、危機管理學等多學科的理論知識,結(jié)合相關(guān)案例探索出高校危機事件中新媒體的輿論引導規(guī)律,以規(guī)律為準繩提出高校危機事件中新媒體的輿論引導必須遵守的原則,為進一步優(yōu)化高校危機事件中新媒體的輿論引導機制提供策略。論文由主要包括緒論、正文和結(jié)論等三部分。緒論部分主要是對當前學術(shù)界關(guān)于這一命題的研究現(xiàn)狀梳理,主要包括研究背景、研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究內(nèi)容與研究方法等幾個部分。正文部分共分五個章節(jié),主要內(nèi)容如下:第二章,高校危機事件中新媒體的輿論引導理論基礎(chǔ)。在這一部分中主要對高校危機事件、新媒體、輿論引導等幾個概念進行界定,并提出了本研究所要運用的馬克思主義新聞觀、思想政治教育疏導論、思想政治教育接受論三個理論。第三章,高校危機事件中新媒體輿論的構(gòu)成因素及特征。通過對新媒體輿論的構(gòu)成要素進行解構(gòu),逐一分析各構(gòu)成要素在高校危機事件中的行為表現(xiàn)并概括出高校危機事件中新媒體輿論的基本特征。第四章,高校危機事件中新媒體的輿論引導現(xiàn)狀及挑戰(zhàn)。對高校危機事件中新媒體的輿論引導現(xiàn)狀分別從隊伍、制度、監(jiān)控、投入等四個方面對高校危機事件中新媒體輿論引導的現(xiàn)實情況進行分析,概括出高校危機事件頻發(fā)增加輿論引導難度、新媒體傳播的信息內(nèi)容價值取向多元、專業(yè)引導匱乏難以形成輿論管理合力以及高校輿論引導隊伍專業(yè)素質(zhì)等對高校危機事件中新媒體的輿論引導提出了挑戰(zhàn)。第五、六章,高校危機事件中新媒體的輿論引導原則、規(guī)律及策略。這一部分是本研究的重點,也是整個研究的歸宿和落腳點,并提出了構(gòu)建高校危機事件輿論引導機制、創(chuàng)新高校新媒體的輿論引導手段、加強新媒體的輿論引導隊伍培育以及推進大學生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育等對策方法,以期能夠為其他高校在危機事件應(yīng)對中利用新媒體開展輿論引導方面的工作提供借鑒。結(jié)語部分再次簡要闡述了本研究的結(jié)論,并且指出了研究中存在的不足,點明了該研究將來可以繼續(xù)深入的方面。
[Abstract]:At present, the social reform in our country is in a critical period, the contradictions in the social transition period are prominent, the university utilitarian enrollment expansion and the collision of the eastern and western cultural values lead to the occurrence of university crisis events. For example, the Ma Jia Jue incident, the campus' cholera 'incident at Hainan University, and the case of Huang Yang poisoning at Fudan University in Shanghai immediately became the focus of public opinion after being exposed by the media. The frequent occurrence of university crisis has seriously affected the stability of school reputation and teaching order, and will also pose a challenge to the stability of the country and society. The purpose of this study is to give full play to the advantages of new media after the occurrence of university crisis. Through the rational and scientific guidance of public opinion, the university can resolve the crisis smoothly and make the tense campus atmosphere more harmonious. On the basis of this idea, the author collects and arranges a large number of materials related to this research, and makes use of ideological and political education. Based on the multi-disciplinary theoretical knowledge of communication and crisis management, and combining with relevant cases, this paper explores the law of public opinion guidance of new media in crisis events in colleges and universities, and puts forward the principles to be observed in the guidance of public opinion of new media in crisis events in colleges and universities. In order to further optimize the public opinion guidance mechanism of the new media in the crisis event in colleges and universities, the thesis consists of three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. It mainly includes the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign research status, research content and research methods, etc. The text is divided into five chapters, the main content is as follows: chapter two, In this part, the author defines the concepts of university crisis event, new media and public opinion guidance, and puts forward the Marxist news view that this research should use. Ideological and political education guidance theory, ideological and political education acceptance theory three theories. Chapter three, the composition and characteristics of the new media public opinion in the crisis of colleges and universities. Through the deconstruction of the elements of new media public opinion, This paper analyzes the behavior of each component element in the university crisis event one by one, and generalizes the basic characteristics of the new media opinion in the university crisis event. Chapter 4th, The current situation and challenges of the new media's public opinion guidance in the crisis events of colleges and universities. The present situation of the new media's public opinion guidance in the crisis events of colleges and universities is monitored from the ranks, the system and the monitoring, respectively. This paper analyzes the reality of the new media public opinion guidance in the crisis events in colleges and universities from four aspects, and generalizes that the frequent occurrence of the crisis events in colleges and universities increases the difficulty of the public opinion guidance, and the value orientation of the information content of the new media communication is diversified. The lack of professional guidance is difficult to form the resultant force of public opinion management and the professional quality of the public opinion leading team in colleges and universities. It challenges the guidance of public opinion of new media in the crisis events of colleges and universities. Chapter 5th, six chapters, the principles of public opinion guidance of new media in crisis events in colleges and universities. This part is the focus of this study, and is also the destination and destination of the whole study. It also puts forward the construction of the public opinion guidance mechanism of the crisis events in colleges and universities, and the innovation of the means of public opinion guidance of the new media in colleges and universities. To strengthen the cultivation of public opinion and guide the contingent of new media and to promote the network ideological and political education of college students and other countermeasures, In order to provide reference for other colleges and universities to use new media to guide public opinion in the crisis response. The conclusion of this study is briefly described again, and pointed out the deficiencies in the study. It points out the further aspects of the research in the future.
