【摘要】：經(jīng)濟和教育是現(xiàn)代社會發(fā)展的兩大基礎,如何測量高等教育發(fā)展與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長之間的數(shù)量關系,進而協(xié)調兩者發(fā)展是一個十分重要的理論和實踐問題。隨著知識經(jīng)濟的到來,高等教育與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的增長之間的關系日益密切。一方面,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟為高等教育提供物質基礎和支持;另一方面,高等教育促進區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。進入二十世紀以來,山西省的高等教育和經(jīng)濟都實現(xiàn)了跨越式發(fā)展。目前,國內外關于高等教育和經(jīng)濟增長的相互關系的研究十分豐富。本文以人力資源理論和知識經(jīng)濟理論為理論依據(jù),結合高等教育發(fā)展與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長的相關理論,利用Granger因果關系檢驗方法以及結合2000-2013年間的相關數(shù)據(jù)對山西省高等教育發(fā)展和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長兩者之間的關系進行了實證研究,并從促進山西省經(jīng)濟增長的角度提出了高等教育發(fā)展的政策建議。通過實證研究結果可知,山西省高等教育與經(jīng)濟增長相互促進且呈現(xiàn)良好的發(fā)展趨勢,最后提出進一步加強這種良好促進關系的建議,即加大投資和調整結構。
[Abstract]:Economy and education are the two foundations of the development of modern society. How to measure the quantitative relationship between the development of higher education and the growth of regional economy and then coordinate the development of the two is a very important theoretical and practical problem. The relationship between higher education and regional economic growth is increasingly close. On the one hand, regional economy provides material foundation and support for higher education; on the other hand, higher education promotes the development of regional economy. The higher education and economy of Shanxi Province have achieved leap-forward development. At present, the research on the relationship between higher education and economic growth at home and abroad is very rich. This paper takes the theory of human resources and knowledge economy as the theoretical basis. Combined with the theory of the development of higher education and regional economic growth, this paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between the development of higher education and regional economic growth in Shanxi Province by using the Granger causality test method and the relevant data from 2000 to 2013. From the angle of promoting the economic growth of Shanxi Province, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the development of higher education. Through the empirical research, it can be seen that the higher education and the economic growth of Shanxi Province promote each other and present a good trend of development. Finally, suggestions for further strengthening this good promotion relationship are put forward, that is, increasing investment and restructuring.
