基于排序選擇模型的我國高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量分析

【摘要】:基于高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)影響因素的統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建影響大學(xué)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量指標(biāo)體系,利用有序probit模型對我國大學(xué)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量的主要影響機(jī)制進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。結(jié)果表明:職業(yè)尊重因素對就業(yè)質(zhì)量的影響最為顯著,邊際效果也最強(qiáng);工作條件因素對就業(yè)質(zhì)量有顯著提升作用;職工培訓(xùn)對就業(yè)質(zhì)量有促進(jìn)作用,公共職業(yè)培訓(xùn)對就業(yè)質(zhì)量影響不顯著;工作穩(wěn)定性因素對就業(yè)質(zhì)量影響較弱。因此,我國在經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)步增長的同時(shí)需匹配培育提升職業(yè)文化。
[Abstract]:Based on the statistical investigation data of the factors affecting the employment of college graduates, the index system of the employment quality of college students is constructed. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the main influencing mechanism of employment quality of college students by using the ordered probit model. The results show that the professional respect factor has the most significant influence on the employment quality, and the marginal effect is also the strongest. The factors of working conditions have a significant effect on the quality of employment; the training of staff and workers has a positive effect on the quality of employment, but public vocational training has no significant effect on the quality of employment; the factor of job stability has a weak impact on the quality of employment. At the same time of steady economic growth, our country needs to foster and promote vocational culture.
