【摘要】：改革開放三十多年以來(lái),我國(guó)高等教育不斷發(fā)展,逐步構(gòu)建起了規(guī)模宏大、體系完備、功能先進(jìn)、影響深遠(yuǎn)的人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究和社會(huì)服務(wù)體系。在此期間,高等農(nóng)科教育也在曲折中奮斗,在奮斗中成長(zhǎng),走過(guò)了不平凡的發(fā)展道路。江西省作為全國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)大省,其高等農(nóng)科教育的發(fā)展對(duì)省域乃至全國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展有著深遠(yuǎn)影響。為此,本文對(duì)改革開放三十多年以來(lái)的江西省高等農(nóng)科教育的發(fā)展進(jìn)行深入研究,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、訪談法、統(tǒng)計(jì)法,同時(shí)結(jié)合高等教育內(nèi)外部規(guī)律理論知識(shí),試圖把握其各階段發(fā)展特征和內(nèi)外部影響動(dòng)因,以其對(duì)未來(lái)的發(fā)展有所啟發(fā),從而更好地推進(jìn)當(dāng)前江西省高等農(nóng)科教育的改革和發(fā)展。本文首先闡述了研究背景、研究目的和意義,介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀并為正文的展開做好充分的理論準(zhǔn)備。緊接著,是對(duì)改革開放以來(lái)江西省高等農(nóng)科教育的各階段發(fā)展的研究。在遵循高等教育總體發(fā)展特點(diǎn)和標(biāo)志性事件發(fā)生的基礎(chǔ)上,同時(shí)依托前人的研究,將其劃分為三個(gè)階段:恢復(fù)重建時(shí)期(1978-1998)、規(guī)模擴(kuò)張時(shí)期(1999-2007)、質(zhì)量提升時(shí)期(2008-2015);以江西農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)為主要研究對(duì)象,分別從人才培養(yǎng)、學(xué)科專業(yè)、科研及師資狀況四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)收集及統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,深入探討其高等農(nóng)科教育發(fā)展各階段的基本狀況及主要特征,從而整體把握改革開放以來(lái)江西省高等農(nóng)科教育的發(fā)展軌跡。然后,從理論角度探究影響江西省高等農(nóng)科教育發(fā)展的內(nèi)外部動(dòng)因,并結(jié)合前文的研究數(shù)據(jù),立足于高等教育內(nèi)外部規(guī)律理論,分析其與政策、經(jīng)濟(jì)的互動(dòng)關(guān)系,與全國(guó)高等教育總體發(fā)展的關(guān)聯(lián)以及與其自身變革的影響。最后,從內(nèi)外部動(dòng)因的層面出發(fā),探討對(duì)未來(lái)江西省高等農(nóng)科教育的可持續(xù)發(fā)展的主要啟示。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up to the outside world for more than 30 years, China's higher education has been developing continuously, and has gradually constructed a large-scale, complete system, advanced functions and far-reaching talent training, scientific research and social service system. Higher agricultural education is also struggling in twists and turns, growing up in struggle, and has gone through an extraordinary road of development.Jiangxi Province, as a big agricultural province in the whole country, has experienced the development of its higher agricultural education to the provinces and even to the whole country. The economic and social development has a profound influence. Therefore, this paper makes an in-depth study on the development of higher agricultural education in Jiangxi Province since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, using the methods of literature research, interviews, statistics, etc. At the same time, combining with the theoretical knowledge of internal and external laws of higher education, this paper tries to grasp the characteristics of each stage of its development and the causes of internal and external influence, in order to enlighten the future development of higher education. In order to better promote the reform and development of higher agricultural education in Jiangxi Province, this paper first elaborated the research background, research purpose and significance, introduced the domestic and foreign related research status and made sufficient theoretical preparation for the text. It is a study of the development of higher agricultural education in Jiangxi Province since the reform and opening up. On the basis of following the characteristics of the overall development of higher education and the occurrence of iconic events, it also relies on previous studies. It is divided into three stages: reconstruction period 1978-1998, scale expansion period 1999-2007, quality improvement period 2008-2015.Taking Jiangxi Agricultural University as the main research object, from the talent training, discipline and specialty, Data collection and statistical analysis are carried out in four aspects of scientific research and teachers' status, and the basic status and main characteristics of each stage of the development of higher agricultural education are discussed in depth. So as a whole to grasp the track of the development of higher agricultural education in Jiangxi Province since the reform and opening up. Then, from a theoretical point of view, explore the internal and external causes that affect the development of higher agricultural education in Jiangxi Province, and combine with the previous research data. Based on the theory of internal and external laws of higher education, this paper analyzes the interaction between higher education and policy and economy, the relationship with the overall development of higher education in China and the influence of its own transformation. This paper discusses the main enlightenment to the sustainable development of higher agricultural education in Jiangxi Province in the future.
