【摘要】：對話已日益成為當(dāng)今時代的核心精神和人們的一種生存狀態(tài)。然而,我國高校道德教育從主流方面看仍然處于"美德袋"式的傳統(tǒng)灌輸?shù)掠Ｊ街�。�?dāng)前高校傳統(tǒng)德育模式正陷入無法解脫的困境之中,工具化的德育目標(biāo),單向度的德育主體,知性化的德育內(nèi)容,規(guī)訓(xùn)化的德育方式等,都在一定程度上阻礙了高校師生主體間性對話德性的生成。作為一種新的德育理念和德育模式,高校對話德育通過構(gòu)建主體間的對話關(guān)系,實現(xiàn)對傳統(tǒng)德育的超越。重構(gòu)高校對話德育要求實現(xiàn)德育目標(biāo)從工具理性轉(zhuǎn)向生命關(guān)懷;德育主體從單向控制轉(zhuǎn)向主體間性;德育內(nèi)容從科學(xué)世界轉(zhuǎn)向生活世界;德育方式從規(guī)訓(xùn)灌輸轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)υ捝伞?br/>[Abstract]:Dialogue has increasingly become the core spirit of our times and a state of existence. However, The moral education in colleges and universities in our country is still in the moral education mode of "virtue bag" from the mainstream aspect. At present, the traditional moral education mode of colleges and universities is in the predicament of being unable to extricate itself, the goal of instrumental moral education, the subject of moral education in one direction. The intellectual content of moral education, the way of discipline and so on, to some extent, hinder the formation of the moral character of the dialogue between teachers and students, which is a new moral education idea and mode. The dialogue moral education in colleges and universities achieves the transcendence to the traditional moral education by constructing the dialogue relationship among the subjects. Reconstructing the dialogue moral education in colleges and universities requires the moral education goal to change from the tool rationality to the life concern, the moral education subject changes from the unidirectional control to the inter-subjectivity. The content of moral education changes from the world of science to the world of life, and the way of moral education from discipline and indoctrination to the generation of dialogue.
