【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟的繁榮、政治的發(fā)展、文明的進步,志愿服務(wù)開始逐步走進人們的視野,并且成為人們?nèi)粘Ｉ钪胁豢苫蛉钡囊徊糠?而志愿精神在這其中發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的指引作用。志愿精神是志愿服務(wù)的主要內(nèi)容,內(nèi)在的包含于志愿服務(wù)當(dāng)中;志愿精神作為志愿服務(wù)的重要內(nèi)核,引導(dǎo)著志愿服務(wù)的發(fā)生,是志愿服務(wù)行為產(chǎn)生的意識先導(dǎo);同時志愿服務(wù)集中的表現(xiàn)為志愿精神,即志愿服務(wù)活動的最終效果取決于志愿精神的養(yǎng)成,因此志愿精神與志愿服務(wù)相輔相成。當(dāng)前我國志愿服務(wù)活動的主體是青年大學(xué)生,而大學(xué)生志愿精神的培育有助于激發(fā)大學(xué)生積極主動的參與志愿服務(wù)活動,推動我國乃至全球志愿服務(wù)事業(yè)的發(fā)展,因此本文著力探討大學(xué)生志愿精神及其培育問題。論文除緒論外共分為三個部分對大學(xué)生志愿精神及其培育進行研究,第一部分在闡述志愿服務(wù)與志愿精神概念的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合大學(xué)生自身特點,總結(jié)和概括出大學(xué)生志愿精神的概念,并詳細的分析其主要內(nèi)容;同時指出大學(xué)生志愿精神不但具有馬克思主義的理論基礎(chǔ),而且還借鑒了儒家仁愛觀點以及西方慈善、博愛思想。第二部分指出大學(xué)生志愿精神在當(dāng)代的整體狀況,突出表現(xiàn)為志愿精神得到大學(xué)生廣泛認可、志愿精神在大型事件中得以體現(xiàn)、志愿精神成為思想政治教育的重要內(nèi)容等。除此之外大學(xué)生志愿精神仍有不足之處,存在自愿奉獻精神不足、主動參與意識不強等問題,在指出問題的同時分析其問題成因,為大學(xué)生志愿精神的培育提供依據(jù)。第三部分是基于第一、二部分形成的,針對大學(xué)生志愿精神存在的問題及其成因分析得出大學(xué)生志愿精神的培育必須發(fā)揮學(xué)校、個人、家庭及社會的力量,且四者必須相互配合、相輔相成,形成基于學(xué)校教育的主導(dǎo)性培育、基于自我教育的主體性培育、基于家庭教育的基礎(chǔ)性培育和基于社會環(huán)境的優(yōu)化性培育路徑,以期為大學(xué)生志愿精神培育的開展提供有益借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the prosperity of our country's economy, the development of politics and the progress of civilization, volunteer service has gradually come into people's vision and become an indispensable part of people's daily life. Volunteerism plays an important guiding role in this process. Volunteerism is the main content of volunteerism, which is included in volunteerism. As an important kernel of volunteerism, volunteerism leads to the occurrence of volunteerism. At the same time, the concentration of volunteerism is the manifestation of volunteerism, that is, the ultimate effect of volunteer activities depends on the cultivation of volunteerism. Therefore, voluntary spirit and voluntary service complement each other. At present, the main body of voluntary service activities in China is young college students, and the cultivation of college students' volunteerism helps to stimulate college students to actively participate in voluntary service activities. In order to promote the development of voluntary service in our country and the whole world, this paper focuses on the problem of college students' volunteerism and its cultivation. Besides the introduction, the thesis is divided into three parts to study the university students' volunteerism and its cultivation. The first part, on the basis of expounding the concept of voluntary service and volunteerism, combined with the characteristics of college students, summarizes and generalizes the concept of college students' volunteerism, and analyzes its main contents in detail. At the same time, it points out that the voluntary spirit of college students not only has the theoretical basis of Marxism, but also draws lessons from the Confucian view of benevolence and the idea of charity and fraternity in the west. The second part points out the overall situation of college students' volunteerism in the contemporary era. The outstanding manifestation is that the volunteer spirit is widely recognized by the university students, the voluntary spirit is embodied in the large-scale events, the voluntary spirit becomes the important content of the ideological and political education and so on. In addition, there are still some deficiencies in the college students' voluntary spirit. There are some problems, such as lack of voluntary dedication spirit, weak consciousness of active participation, and so on. In order to provide the basis for the cultivation of college students' voluntary spirit, the author points out the problems and analyzes the causes of the problems. The third part is based on the formation of the first and second parts. Based on the analysis of the problems and causes of college students' volunteerism, it is concluded that the cultivation of college students' volunteerism must bring into play the strength of school, individual, family and society, and the four must cooperate with each other and complement each other. Form the dominant cultivation based on school education, the subjective cultivation based on self-education, the basic cultivation based on family education and the optimized cultivation path based on social environment. In order to provide useful reference for the cultivation of college students'volunteer spirit.
