【摘要】：文章在構(gòu)建中國(guó)本科高校人文社科競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)全國(guó)778所本科高校的人文社科競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平分布情況進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析。首先從整體上分析高校人文社科競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,再?gòu)?平臺(tái)""區(qū)域""類型""投入-產(chǎn)出"四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)論述。結(jié)果表明:中國(guó)本科高校人文社科競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平參差不齊,差距較大。其中,平臺(tái)好、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平高的高校人文社科競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力也往往較強(qiáng);綜合、理工、師范類高校是中國(guó)高校人文社科研究的主力軍,尤其是綜合類高校的表現(xiàn)較突出;同時(shí),高校人文社科研究的投入與產(chǎn)出之間存在較高相關(guān)性,越高的投入能夠得到越高的產(chǎn)出。最后,文章針對(duì)中國(guó)高等教育評(píng)價(jià)、資源配置等內(nèi)容提出了系列建議。
[Abstract]:On the basis of constructing the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of humanities and social sciences in Chinese undergraduate colleges and universities, this paper evaluates and analyzes the distribution of the competitiveness level of the humanities and social sciences of 778 undergraduate colleges and universities in China. Firstly, it analyzes the competitiveness of the humanities and social sciences of colleges and universities as a whole. The results show that the competitive level of humanities and social sciences in Chinese undergraduate colleges and universities is uneven and the gap is large. Among them, the platform is good. Colleges and universities with high level of regional economic development tend to be competitive in humanities and social sciences, and universities of science and technology, teachers' colleges and universities are the main force in the research of humanities and social sciences in Chinese universities, especially the comprehensive colleges and universities. There is a high correlation between the input and output of the humanities and social sciences research in colleges and universities, and the higher the input, the higher the output. Finally, the paper puts forward a series of suggestions for the evaluation of higher education in China and the allocation of resources.
