【摘要】：質(zhì)量建設(shè)是當(dāng)前中外合作辦學(xué)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略選擇,然而高等教育界對(duì)中外合作辦學(xué)的質(zhì)量建設(shè)導(dǎo)向、質(zhì)量建設(shè)主體、質(zhì)量建設(shè)抓手等問題的理論認(rèn)識(shí)模糊,導(dǎo)致中外合作辦學(xué)質(zhì)量建設(shè)仍然難以落到實(shí)處。因此,厘清中外合作辦學(xué)質(zhì)量建設(shè)的相關(guān)理論問題,是中外合作辦學(xué)質(zhì)量建設(shè)不能回避的。堅(jiān)持以提升跨境高等教育治理能力為質(zhì)量建設(shè)根本導(dǎo)向,確立"政府+高校"為質(zhì)量建設(shè)的雙主體,選取課程、教學(xué)、師資為質(zhì)量建設(shè)的抓手,是破解中外合作辦學(xué)質(zhì)量建設(shè)難以落入實(shí)處的應(yīng)對(duì)之策。
[Abstract]:Quality construction is the strategic choice for the development of Sino-foreign cooperative education. However, the theoretical understanding of the quality construction orientation, the main body of quality construction and the grasp of quality construction in the field of higher education is vague. As a result, it is still difficult to carry out the quality construction of Chinese-foreign cooperative schools. Therefore, we should clarify the theoretical issues related to the quality construction of Chinese-foreign cooperative schools. The quality construction of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools cannot be evaded. The fundamental direction of quality construction is to improve the governance ability of cross-border higher education, and to establish "government colleges" as the dual subject of quality construction, and to select courses and teaching, It is the solution to solve the problem that the quality construction of Chinese-foreign cooperation is difficult to fall into practice.
