全球化背景下高校全英文教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀及啟示

【摘要】:近年來隨著教育全球化進程的加快,在提升國際競爭力和加快高等教育國際化的驅(qū)動下,EMI教學(xué)在母語為非英語的國家和地區(qū)迅速發(fā)展。通過分析各國EMI教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀可以看出,師資資源和相應(yīng)教學(xué)培訓(xùn)的不足是當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外EMI教學(xué)發(fā)展的最主要瓶頸之一,同時EMI教學(xué)還面臨學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)成效、教材選擇和EMI課程建設(shè)等多方面的問題與挑戰(zhàn)。對高校而言,當(dāng)前應(yīng)重點從EMI師資資源建設(shè)、創(chuàng)新EMI教學(xué)方法和完善EMI課程體系等3個方面進行突破,并在開展EMI教學(xué)實踐和理論研究的同時,基于人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)律建立起完善的國際化人才培養(yǎng)體系,這還需要教育主管部門、高校、教師和學(xué)生等多方的共同努力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the acceleration of the globalization of education, driven by the promotion of international competitiveness and the internationalization of higher education, EMI teaching has developed rapidly in non-English speaking countries and regions. The shortage of teacher resources and corresponding teaching training is one of the most important bottlenecks in the development of EMI teaching at home and abroad. At the same time, the EMI teaching is faced with many problems and challenges, such as students' learning effect, the choice of teaching materials and the construction of EMI courses. At present, we should focus on three aspects: the construction of EMI teacher resources, the innovation of EMI teaching methods and the improvement of EMI curriculum system, and at the same time, we should carry out EMI teaching practice and theoretical research. Based on the law of talent training, a perfect international talent training system is established, which requires the joint efforts of education departments, colleges and universities, teachers and students.
