【摘要】：現(xiàn)在各高校為了培養(yǎng)出適應(yīng)企業(yè)要求的人才,紛紛開設(shè)沙盤對抗競賽課程,供學(xué)生體驗企業(yè)經(jīng)營流程和經(jīng)營理念。在這樣的環(huán)境下,企業(yè)經(jīng)營模擬平臺在高校教學(xué)中應(yīng)運而生。雖然企業(yè)經(jīng)營模擬平臺給學(xué)生提供了理論與實踐結(jié)合的機會,但是經(jīng)過筆者對平臺的研究和使用,發(fā)現(xiàn)該平臺仍有可以完善的地方。當(dāng)學(xué)生在模擬企業(yè)經(jīng)營的過程中,遇到企業(yè)經(jīng)營狀況差、廣告競單不理想和企業(yè)設(shè)計的產(chǎn)品不滿足市場需求等一些關(guān)鍵問題時,教師不能及時給出指導(dǎo)意見,以致學(xué)生積極性下降,不能達(dá)到理論與實踐相結(jié)合的教學(xué)目標(biāo)。本文致力于解決這些問題,運用診斷思想構(gòu)建了運營成績診斷模型、訂單診斷模型和產(chǎn)品設(shè)計能力診斷模型,并把模型應(yīng)用到模擬企業(yè)診斷系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)中,輔助教師對學(xué)生進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)。本文首先對企業(yè)經(jīng)營模擬平臺發(fā)展、ERP模擬教學(xué)、ERP模擬系統(tǒng)國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,提出了本文要研究的問題,然后對本文應(yīng)用的相關(guān)理論和技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究,針對本文面臨的關(guān)鍵問題提出了解決方案。本文運用診斷思想構(gòu)建了運營成績診斷模型、訂單診斷模型和產(chǎn)品設(shè)計能力診斷模型。在企業(yè)經(jīng)營模擬平臺的環(huán)境下,根據(jù)三個模型,以MVC模式、JSF+Spring+Hibernate框架為依托,完成了模擬企業(yè)診斷系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與開發(fā)工作。最后用北京交通大學(xué)第十三屆創(chuàng)業(yè)模擬沙盤對抗賽的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了實例測試,并對結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,證明該系統(tǒng)可以起到很好的診斷作用,能對學(xué)生起到良好的指導(dǎo)作用,實現(xiàn)使學(xué)生將所學(xué)的理論與實踐緊密結(jié)合的教學(xué)目標(biāo)。本文創(chuàng)新性地將診斷思想加入企業(yè)經(jīng)營模擬平臺中,并基于平臺完成了關(guān)鍵模型的構(gòu)建和系統(tǒng)開發(fā)工作。本系統(tǒng)可以對平臺中的模擬企業(yè)運營成績、訂單情況、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計能力進(jìn)行診斷,并給出指導(dǎo)意見,方便老師對學(xué)生進(jìn)行指導(dǎo),具有較強的理論和實踐意義。
[Abstract]:Now, in order to train qualified personnel to meet the needs of enterprises, colleges and universities have set up courses in sand table confrontation competitions to provide students with experience of business processes and business concepts. In such an environment, Enterprise management simulation platform emerged as the times require in university teaching. Although enterprise management simulation platform provides students with the opportunity to combine theory with practice, it is studied and used by the author. It is found that the platform can still be perfected. When students encounter some key problems in the process of simulating the business operation, such as the poor operating condition of the enterprise, the unsatisfactory advertising competition and the failure of the product designed by the enterprise to meet the market demand, etc. The teacher can not give the guidance in time, so that the enthusiasm of the students is decreased, and the teaching goal of combining theory with practice can not be achieved. This paper is devoted to solving these problems, using the diagnostic thought to construct the diagnostic model of operational performance. Order diagnosis model and product design capability diagnosis model are applied to the realization of simulated enterprise diagnosis system. Firstly, this paper studies the current situation of ERP simulation teaching simulation system at home and abroad, and puts forward the problems to be studied in this paper. Then, the relevant theories and technologies applied in this paper are studied, and the solutions to the key problems in this paper are put forward. Order diagnosis model and product design capability diagnosis model. Under the environment of enterprise management simulation platform, according to three models, based on MVC model and Spring Hibernate framework, The design and development of the simulated enterprise diagnosis system have been completed. Finally, using the data of the 13th session of Beijing Jiaotong University to simulate the sand table competition, an example test has been carried out, and the results have been analyzed. It is proved that the system can play a very good diagnostic role, and can play a good guiding role for students. In this paper, the diagnostic idea is creatively added to the enterprise management simulation platform. Based on the platform, the key model construction and system development are completed. The system can diagnose the performance, order and product design ability of the simulation enterprise in the platform, and give the guidance. Convenient for teachers to guide students, has strong theoretical and practical significance.
