【摘要】：近年來,我國高校教師職稱評審制度在實施過程中出現(xiàn)各種問題,一定程度上阻礙了教師發(fā)展,對我國構建優(yōu)秀師資隊伍,形成合理教師結構,建設“雙一流”大學造成了一定影響。本文從教師視角出發(fā),通過比較中英兩高校職稱評審文本,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國職稱評審的問題所在,并借鑒英國高校經(jīng)驗改善我國高校教師職稱評審。同時,期望使教師發(fā)展理念融入我國對高校人事制度的創(chuàng)新中,營造良好的教師發(fā)展大環(huán)境。首先,本研究通過對中英高校職稱評審制度相關研究,尤其是文本研究進行了歸納與分析,確定了研究的思路和方法;其次,建構本研究的理論基礎,主要探討了職稱評審與教師發(fā)展兩對概念及其相互影響,制定出教師發(fā)展視角下高校職稱評審文本的設計原則;再次,提取中英各一所高校的職稱評審文本進行具體分析比較,第四章中主要對兩校教師的職稱發(fā)展路徑和評審程序兩部分內容進行比較尋求差異,第五章分析兩校文本中正副高級職稱評審條件及其跨度和難度,總結兩者的異同點;最后,從以下三個方面提出我國教師發(fā)展視角下高校教師職稱評審的具體改善建議:提升主體性與科學性,引導教師向正確方向發(fā)展;增強靈活性與個性化,提高教師自主發(fā)展積極性;保障公平化與制度化,創(chuàng)建教師發(fā)展制度大環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:In recent years, a variety of problems have appeared in the process of implementing the evaluation system of teachers' titles in colleges and universities in China, which to some extent have hindered the development of teachers. The construction of "double first-class" universities has made a certain impact. This paper, from the perspective of teachers, finds out the problems in the evaluation of professional titles in China by comparing the evaluation texts of professional titles between Chinese and British universities. At the same time, the author hopes to integrate the idea of teacher development into the innovation of personnel system in colleges and universities in our country, and create a good environment for the development of teachers. This study summarizes and analyzes the relevant research on the professional title evaluation system of Chinese and British universities, especially the text study, and determines the ideas and methods of the research. Secondly, it constructs the theoretical basis of this study. This paper mainly discusses two pairs of concepts of professional title review and teacher development and their mutual influence, and formulates the design principles of the academic title review text from the perspective of teacher development. Thirdly, it extracts the professional title review text of each Chinese and English university for specific analysis and comparison. Chapter 4th mainly compares the two schools' teachers' professional title development path and the evaluation procedure two parts to seek for the difference, 5th chapter analyzes the two schools text in the text appraisal condition, the span and the difficulty, summarizes the similarities and differences between the two schools; finally, From the following three aspects, this paper puts forward some specific suggestions for improving the evaluation of university teachers' professional titles from the following three aspects: to promote subjectivity and science, to guide teachers to develop in the right direction, to enhance flexibility and individualization, and to improve the quality of teachers' professional titles. To improve the enthusiasm of teachers' independent development, to ensure fairness and institutionalization, and to create a great environment for teachers' development system.
