【摘要】:大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新是當(dāng)今社會(huì)的主題,作為高素質(zhì)的人才資源,大學(xué)生在這個(gè)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的時(shí)代被寄予厚望。大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,不僅關(guān)系到大學(xué)生個(gè)人發(fā)展和價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn),更關(guān)系到民生穩(wěn)定和社會(huì)和諧。近些年來(lái),高等學(xué)校開(kāi)展的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育工作得到了來(lái)自黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院的高度重視,在黨的十八大工作報(bào)告中就明確提出“要加大創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)支持力度”。在良好的政策環(huán)境與社會(huì)環(huán)境的雙重影響下,我國(guó)的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)浪潮空前高漲。據(jù)教育部相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,截至2015年9月全國(guó)創(chuàng)業(yè)及參與創(chuàng)業(yè)的大學(xué)生數(shù)量達(dá)到42.3萬(wàn)人,同比增長(zhǎng)了近7%。反觀遼寧省的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)發(fā)展,大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)遇較以往增加了許多,但目前高校開(kāi)展大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育工作的過(guò)程中依然存在許多困惑,急需解決。本文以對(duì)遼寧省大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的研究為立足點(diǎn),針對(duì)遼寧省地方高校這一特定群體進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,形成以下幾部分:第一部分通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)有的著作、期刊、政策文件等資料進(jìn)行梳理,確定了本文的研究背景和意義,理清了國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,介紹了研究方法、內(nèi)容和思路,分析了可能的創(chuàng)新之處和難點(diǎn)。第二部分對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定,明確大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的基本內(nèi)容和目標(biāo),同時(shí)提出大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分展示遼寧省大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并指出問(wèn)題所在及其成因。第四部分意在為遼寧省大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的開(kāi)展提供有效的、可借鑒的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Mass entrepreneurship, innovation is the theme of today's society, as a high-quality talent resources, college students in this era of innovation and entrepreneurship are high expectations. College students innovative entrepreneurship education, not only related to the individual development of college students and the realization of value. In recent years, the work of innovative entrepreneurship education carried out by colleges and universities has been highly valued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council. In the report of the 18 National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it was clearly pointed out that "it is necessary to increase the support for the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents." under the dual influence of a good policy environment and a social environment, The wave of innovation and entrepreneurship among college students in our country is unprecedented. According to the relevant data from the Ministry of Education, by September 2015, the number of university students who started and participated in entrepreneurship reached 423,000 in the whole country. Compared with the same period last year, there was an increase of nearly 7%. Looking back at the development of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship in Liaoning Province, the opportunities for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship have increased a lot, but there are still many puzzles in the process of carrying out the work of college students' innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. It is urgent to solve this problem. Based on the research on the innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students in Liaoning Province, this paper investigates and studies this particular group of local colleges and universities in Liaoning Province, and forms the following parts: the first part is through the existing works, periodicals, journals, etc. The research background and significance of this paper are determined, the current research situation at home and abroad is clarified, and the research methods, contents and ideas are introduced. The second part defines the related concepts of college students' innovative entrepreneurship education, and clarifies the basic contents and objectives of college students' innovative entrepreneurship education. At the same time, it puts forward the theoretical basis of innovative entrepreneurship education for college students. The third part shows the current situation of the development of innovative entrepreneurship education for college students in Liaoning Province. The author also points out the problem and its causes. Part 4th is intended to provide effective and referential countermeasures for the development of innovative entrepreneurship education for college students in Liaoning Province.
