【摘要】：20世紀(jì)90年代以來,主要發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家紛紛啟動(dòng)"研究卓越計(jì)劃",以推動(dòng)世界一流科學(xué)研究發(fā)展和學(xué)科建設(shè)。然而,由于各國(guó)國(guó)情不同,"研究卓越計(jì)劃"實(shí)施中目標(biāo)定位、學(xué)科規(guī)制、遴選制度、組織模式等方面都存在較大差異。盡管這些"研究卓越計(jì)劃"取得了顯著成效,但仍存在一系列疑點(diǎn)亟待深入探討。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, major developed countries have launched the "Research Excellence Plan" to promote world-class scientific research development and discipline construction. However, due to the different national conditions of various countries, the goal of the implementation of the "Research Excellence Plan" has been positioned. There are great differences in discipline regulation, selection system, organization pattern, etc. Although these "research excellence plans" have achieved remarkable results, there are still a series of doubtful points that need to be discussed in depth.
