鄭和精神對(duì)航海類院校大學(xué)生的德育價(jià)值研究

【摘要】:大自然的神力使得山河易位,陸地分為各大板塊,本以為就這樣孤立的天各一方,然而航;顒(dòng)的開(kāi)展卻將孤立的各大陸地板塊聯(lián)結(jié)在了一起。古今中外各類航;顒(dòng)不勝枚舉,然而最震撼人心的當(dāng)數(shù)鄭和下西洋了。鄭和下西洋,航線艱且險(xiǎn),任務(wù)繁且重。憑借著天時(shí)、地利、人和的有效條件,鄭和成功完成使命;仡櫮嵌螝v史,我們不禁感嘆航行的順利完成依托于先進(jìn)的技術(shù)設(shè)備,更離不開(kāi)鄭和精神的有效指引。下西洋的歷史雖然已經(jīng)過(guò)去,但是鄭和航行途中所顯現(xiàn)的精神力量卻沒(méi)有被歷史湮沒(méi)。黨的十八大以來(lái),習(xí)近平總書(shū)記重拾海洋這塊寶藏,提出建設(shè)海洋強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略。然而當(dāng)前航運(yùn)業(yè)卻呈現(xiàn)船員流失嚴(yán)重、航運(yùn)技術(shù)設(shè)備陳舊等情形。面對(duì)此景,我們必須采取有效措施進(jìn)行改革。航海類院校作為航運(yùn)人才的輸送地,理應(yīng)當(dāng)受到重視。我們不僅要對(duì)航海類院校的硬件設(shè)施進(jìn)行整改,不斷提升大學(xué)生的專業(yè)能力,更要重視對(duì)大學(xué)生的德育建設(shè),增強(qiáng)航運(yùn)業(yè)的"軟實(shí)力"。單純的說(shuō)教不能達(dá)到震撼人心的作用,唯有用鮮活的事例方可引起共鳴。中國(guó)的航運(yùn)業(yè)肇始于鄭和"云帆高漲"下西洋事跡。對(duì)此,筆者提議選取鄭和作榜樣,用"鄭和精神"激發(fā)他們的愛(ài)國(guó)愛(ài)海之情,報(bào)國(guó)強(qiáng)國(guó)之志,扭轉(zhuǎn)航運(yùn)業(yè)人心渙散、船員流失嚴(yán)重的情形。通過(guò)查閱文獻(xiàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)鄭和有深入研究,但大多局限于對(duì)其生平、事跡等方面,對(duì)其精神研究較少,將其精神與航海類院校大學(xué)生德育建設(shè)結(jié)合的更為鮮見(jiàn)。由此更堅(jiān)定了筆者研究這一選題的決心。本文用一章的篇幅對(duì)鄭和生平及其航行事跡進(jìn)行回顧,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提煉出"鄭和精神";接著采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查方法,真實(shí)了解航海類院校大學(xué)生對(duì)鄭和的認(rèn)知情況,并對(duì)問(wèn)卷結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,找出問(wèn)題所在,以便更好地提出對(duì)策;最后,將"鄭和精神"與航海類院校大學(xué)生德育建設(shè)相融合,將"鄭和精神"對(duì)大學(xué)生的德育價(jià)值歸納為人生目標(biāo)的引領(lǐng)價(jià)值、傳播和諧的關(guān)系價(jià)值、自我超越的激勵(lì)價(jià)值三個(gè)方面,并探討這一精神的落實(shí)路徑,從校內(nèi)課程改革、校園文化建設(shè)、校外社會(huì)實(shí)踐等多方面提出可行性建議,力求最大限度落實(shí)"鄭和精神",提升航海類院校大學(xué)生精神境界,助力海洋強(qiáng)國(guó)夢(mèng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The divine power of nature made mountains and rivers translocated, and the land was divided into major plates, which were supposed to be isolated from each other. However, the development of navigation activities has linked the isolated continental and terrestrial plates together. There are many different kinds of navigation activities at all times and all over the world, but the most striking thing is that Zheng he went to the Western Ocean. Zheng he's voyage to the Western Ocean was difficult and dangerous. The task was complex and heavy. With the effective conditions of timing, geographical location, and harmony, Zheng he successfully completed his mission. Looking back at that period of history, we could not help but lament that the smooth completion of navigation depended on advanced technology and equipment. We cannot do without the effective guidance of Zheng he's spirit. Although the history of his voyage to the Western Ocean has passed, the spiritual strength that Zheng he showed on his voyage has not been obliterated by history. Since the 18 National Congress of the Party, General Secretary Xi Jinping has regained this treasure of the sea. This paper puts forward the strategy of building a strong marine power. However, the shipping industry is now experiencing serious loss of crew and obsolete shipping technology and equipment. In the face of this situation, we must take effective measures to carry out the reform. We should pay attention not only to the hardware facilities of maritime colleges and universities, but also to the construction of moral education for college students. Strengthen the "soft power" of the shipping industry. Simple preaching cannot achieve a shocking effect, but can only be resonated by fresh examples. China's shipping industry began with Zheng he's "cloud sail" story of sailing to the west. The author suggests that Zheng he be chosen as an example to inspire their love of the country and the sea with the spirit of Zheng he, to serve the country and strengthen the country, and to reverse the situation that the shipping industry is disorganized and crew members are seriously lost. Scholars at home and abroad have studied Zheng he deeply, but most of them are limited to his life, deeds and so on. It is more rare to combine its spirit with the moral education construction of marine college students, which strengthens the determination of the author to study this topic. This paper reviews Zheng he's life and his sailing deeds in a chapter. On the basis of this, the author abstracts Zheng he's spirit, and then uses the questionnaire survey method to truly understand the cognition of Zheng he among the marine college students, and analyzes the results of the questionnaire to find out the problem, so as to put forward better countermeasures. Finally, combining Zheng he spirit with the moral education construction of marine college students, the moral education value of Zheng he spirit to college students is summed up as the leading value of life goal and the value of spreading harmonious relationship. Three aspects of the value of self-transcendence are discussed, and the implementation path of this spirit is discussed, and some feasible suggestions are put forward from the aspects of curriculum reform, campus culture construction, social practice outside school and so on. To maximize the implementation of the "Zheng he spirit", enhance the spiritual realm of marine college students, help the realization of the dream of ocean power.
