【摘要】：教學(xué)質(zhì)量評價的實(shí)施對教學(xué)改革和教學(xué)管理等一系列教學(xué)工作都有一定的指導(dǎo)作用,選擇合適的評價方法對教學(xué)質(zhì)量評價工作的實(shí)施非常重要。高校課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量評價包括對學(xué)和教的評價,本文主要是從學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)效果和教師教學(xué)效果兩個方面實(shí)施評價。在傳統(tǒng)的高校課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量評價中,大多數(shù)評價都存在一些缺點(diǎn),如:評價內(nèi)容不夠豐富、評價主體比較固定單調(diào)、評價反饋不及時等,而且得到的結(jié)果也不夠科學(xué)準(zhǔn)確。雖然現(xiàn)有的評價方法是形式多樣的,但大多數(shù)都以定性評價為主,因此,我們采取定量與定性相結(jié)合的方法,來探討聚類分析在高校課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量評價中的應(yīng)用。概括來說,本論文的主要工作如下:第一,收集和閱讀了大量的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),并且對這些文獻(xiàn)中有關(guān)高校課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量評價的理論和所須遵照的評價原則進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié),在此基礎(chǔ)上制定了合理適用的高校課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量評價指標(biāo)體系。第二,主要介紹了聚類分析的概念和分類,以及K-Means算法的思想和算法步驟。第三,根據(jù)實(shí)際情況采取學(xué)生的綜合成績來表現(xiàn)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)效果,從而對高校課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量做出評價。在選用K-Means算法對學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)效果進(jìn)行評價時,我們用綜合成績來表示學(xué)習(xí)效果,其中分為平時成績和期末考試成績。根據(jù)每門課程每個學(xué)生不同成績分析出學(xué)生的特征以及這門課程的特點(diǎn),并依據(jù)最終的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,指導(dǎo)教師在教學(xué)工作中應(yīng)該如何組織教學(xué)活動,選取教學(xué)方法,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新思維和實(shí)踐能力,最終提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。第四,通過學(xué)生評教分?jǐn)?shù)對教師教學(xué)效果展開評價,針對教學(xué)情況運(yùn)用科學(xué)合理的評價指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行評價,進(jìn)行相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,然后建立基于聚類分析的評價模型。分析了評價模型中的五個指標(biāo)與學(xué)生考試成績之間的關(guān)系,找出影響教學(xué)活動的具體因素,從而指導(dǎo)教師教學(xué)工作的實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:The implementation of teaching quality evaluation has a certain guiding effect on a series of teaching work, such as teaching reform and teaching management. It is very important to select appropriate evaluation methods for the implementation of teaching quality evaluation. The evaluation of classroom teaching quality in colleges and universities includes the evaluation of learning and teaching. In the traditional evaluation of classroom teaching quality in colleges and universities, most of the evaluation has some shortcomings, such as: the content of evaluation is not rich enough, The evaluation subject is relatively fixed and monotonous, the evaluation feedback is not timely, and the results obtained are not scientific and accurate. Although the existing evaluation methods are various in form, most of them are qualitative evaluation, so, We adopt quantitative and qualitative methods to explore the application of cluster analysis in the evaluation of classroom teaching quality in colleges and universities. To sum up, the main work of this paper is as follows: first, we collected and read a large number of relevant documents. Moreover, the author summarizes the theories and principles of classroom teaching quality evaluation in colleges and universities in these documents, and then formulates a reasonable and applicable evaluation index system of classroom teaching quality in colleges and universities. Second, the author puts forward a reasonable evaluation index system of classroom teaching quality in colleges and universities. This paper mainly introduces the concept and classification of clustering analysis, as well as the idea and algorithm steps of K-Means algorithm. In order to evaluate the quality of classroom teaching in colleges and universities, when we choose K-Means algorithm to evaluate the students' learning effect, we use the comprehensive results to express the learning effect. According to the results of each course, the characteristics of the students and the characteristics of the course are analyzed, and based on the final results of the experiment, How to organize teaching activities, select teaching methods, cultivate students' creative thinking and practical ability, and finally improve teaching quality. 4th, evaluate teachers' teaching effect through students' teaching evaluation scores, and guide teachers how to organize teaching activities in teaching work, select teaching methods, train students' innovative thinking and practice ability, and finally improve teaching quality. According to the teaching situation, the scientific and reasonable evaluation index system is used to carry out the statistical analysis of the relevant data. Then the evaluation model based on cluster analysis is established, and the relationship between the five indexes in the evaluation model and the students' test results is analyzed, and the specific factors influencing the teaching activities are found out to guide the implementation of the teachers' teaching work.
