【摘要】：我自己幾十年來(lái)學(xué)習(xí)、教學(xué)和學(xué)術(shù)研究的歷程是迷惘的、曲折的,也是愉快的、幸福的。做教育,包括從事教育教學(xué)、進(jìn)行各種各樣的教育研究以及承擔(dān)教育教學(xué)的管理工作,是我喜歡的工作,也是我比較擅長(zhǎng)的工作。這是我生命的核心,其樂(lè)無(wú)窮,我樂(lè)此不疲,也取得了些許的成績(jī)。但我同時(shí)是惶恐的,因?yàn)?我內(nèi)心始終存在著隱隱的擔(dān)憂(yōu):自己多年來(lái)孜孜不倦地讀書(shū)、思考和寫(xiě)作而逐漸積累和發(fā)表的數(shù)百萬(wàn)文字,其中有多少能夠經(jīng)得起歷史的檢驗(yàn)?自己多年來(lái)作為一個(gè)研究者,提出的關(guān)于教育教學(xué)改革的理論和觀點(diǎn),能否在實(shí)踐中得到檢驗(yàn)和證明?自己多年來(lái)作為一個(gè)教師,是否真正對(duì)得起在不同院校幾十年的講課和教學(xué)所面對(duì)的數(shù)以萬(wàn)計(jì)的學(xué)生,以及親手指導(dǎo)的幾十位碩士生和博士生,還有那些在不同場(chǎng)合接受教育培訓(xùn)的學(xué)員們?做教育真難呀!
[Abstract]:The course of my own study, teaching and academic research over the past few decades has been confused, tortuous, enjoyable and happy. Doing education, including engaging in education and teaching, conducting various educational research, and taking charge of the management of education and teaching, It's my favorite job, and it's what I'm good at. It's the core of my life. It's fun. I'm happy and I've made some achievements. But I'm scared, because, There is always a vague worry in my heart: how many of the millions of words that I have accumulated and published over the years, reading, thinking and writing, can stand the test of history? As a researcher for many years, I have put forward the theory and viewpoint on education and teaching reform, can it be tested and proved in practice? As a teacher for many years, can I really stand up to the tens of thousands of students who have been lecturing and teaching in different colleges and universities for decades, as well as dozens of master's and doctoral students who have personally directed them? And those who have been trained on different occasions? It's hard to educate!
