【摘要】：理想信念教育是大學(xué)生思想政治教育的核心內(nèi)容,志愿服務(wù)是大學(xué)生思想政治教育的有效途徑。充分發(fā)揮大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)的理想信念教育功能,對于提升大學(xué)生思想政治教育質(zhì)量具有重要意義。本文圍繞“如何發(fā)揮大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)的理想信念教育功能”這個核心問題,按照“提出問題—分析問題—解決問題”的思路,形成了“理論闡釋”“實證調(diào)研”“問題分析”“對策建議”等四個部分的內(nèi)容。第一部分,“理論闡釋”,重在解決“大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)有無理想信念教育功能問題”。通過分析志愿服務(wù)尤其是大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)的內(nèi)涵、類型及特點,闡述理想信念教育作為知識教育、價值教育、實踐教育統(tǒng)一體的本質(zhì)意涵,分析了志愿服務(wù)與理想信念教育核心意涵相通、根本目標(biāo)相合、價值取向相容的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,闡明了大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)對增強理想信念教育親和力、認(rèn)同力和整合力的重要作用。第二部分,“實證調(diào)研”,重在解決“大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)的理想信念教育功能的效果問題”。以大學(xué)生人生理想為例,運用跟蹤式調(diào)查方法和美國斯坦福大學(xué)研制的“人生理想測評量表”(Life Goals Scale),對大學(xué)生理想信念的樣態(tài)及志愿服務(wù)的影響,進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)對理想信念的內(nèi)容有顯著性影響,經(jīng)過志愿服務(wù)活動大學(xué)生理想認(rèn)知水平有顯著提高,同時大學(xué)生在創(chuàng)造性理想方面還存在顯著不足。第三部分,“問題分析”,重在解決“大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)的理想信念教育功能發(fā)揮的障礙問題”。著重分析了現(xiàn)階段大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)的對育人功能認(rèn)識不足和對運行發(fā)展保障不力兩大問題。第四部分,“對策建議”,重在解決“如何發(fā)揮好大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)的理想信念教育功能”問題。重點提出了優(yōu)化價值導(dǎo)向、強化育人功能、完善長效機制等策略。
[Abstract]:Ideal and belief education is the core content of college students' ideological and political education, and voluntary service is an effective way for college students' ideological and political education. It is of great significance to improve the quality of college students' ideological and political education. This paper revolves around the core problem of "how to bring into play the function of ideal and belief education of college students' voluntary service", according to the idea of "posing problem-analysising problem-solving problems". It forms the contents of four parts: "theoretical interpretation", "empirical investigation", "problem analysis" and "countermeasures and suggestions". The first part, "theoretical interpretation", focuses on solving the problem of "whether college students' voluntary service has the function of ideal and belief education". Analyzing the connotation of volunteer service, especially college students' voluntary service, This paper expounds the essential meaning of the unity of ideal and belief education as knowledge education, value education and practice education, and analyzes the core meaning of voluntary service and ideal and belief education. The intrinsic relationship between the compatibility of value orientation and that of college students' voluntary service to enhance the affinity of ideal and belief education. The second part, "empirical investigation", focuses on solving "the effect of the function of ideal and belief education of college students' voluntary service". Take the ideal of college students' life as an example, By using the method of tracking investigation and the Life Goals scale developed by Stanford University in the United States, the influence of life Goals scale on the attitude of college students' ideals and beliefs and their voluntary service were investigated and analyzed. College students' voluntary service has a significant impact on the content of ideals and beliefs, and the level of college students' ideal cognition has improved significantly after voluntary service. The third part, "problem analysis", focuses on solving the problem of "the function of ideal and belief education of college students' voluntary service". In part 4th, the countermeasures and suggestions focus on how to give full play to the function of ideal and belief education of college students' voluntary service. The emphasis is on the optimization of value orientation. Strengthen the function of educating people, perfect the long effect mechanism and so on.
