【摘要】：社會對高層次復(fù)合型人才需求的彰顯對研究型大學(xué)跨學(xué)科研究生的培養(yǎng)提出了日趨顯著的要求。美國跨學(xué)科研究生培養(yǎng)是內(nèi)外部動因綜合作用的結(jié)果,尤其是外部推力發(fā)揮了重要的效用。美國研究型大學(xué)將跨學(xué)科研究生教育視為培養(yǎng)拔尖人才的重要機(jī)制。當(dāng)前,美國研究型大學(xué)主要采用四種路徑實(shí)現(xiàn)跨學(xué)科研究生的培養(yǎng),且四種路徑下蘊(yùn)含著極具共性的跨學(xué)科研究生培養(yǎng)模式。
[Abstract]:The social demand for high level and complex talents has put forward more and more significant requirements for the cultivation of interdisciplinary graduate students in research universities. The interdisciplinary graduate training in the United States is the result of the comprehensive action of internal and external factors. In particular, the external thrust has played an important role. American research universities regard interdisciplinary graduate education as an important mechanism for training top talents. At present, American research universities mainly adopt four ways to achieve the cultivation of interdisciplinary graduate students. And the four paths contain a very common cross-disciplinary graduate training model.
