【摘要】：發(fā)展規(guī)劃研究是農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容。當(dāng)前,農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)開展農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃研究存在著頂尖團(tuán)隊(duì)急缺、規(guī)劃標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不一、規(guī)劃效應(yīng)不明顯等問題,建議加強(qiáng)規(guī)劃人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè),大力開展規(guī)劃理論研究,加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和管理,建立開展農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)劃的專門機(jī)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:The research of development planning is an important part of the development of agricultural rural modernization. At present, there are some problems in the research of agricultural development planning carried out by Agricultural University, such as the shortage of top teams, the different planning standards, and the lack of obvious planning effects, etc. It is suggested that we should strengthen the construction of planning talents, make great efforts to study the theory of planning, strengthen leadership and management, and establish a special organization for carrying out agricultural planning.
