【摘要】：為了解我國(guó)近15年以來(lái)高校教師研究的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,梳理該研究領(lǐng)域的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題及發(fā)展脈絡(luò),研究者利用Cite Space軟件對(duì)CSSCI收錄的有關(guān)高校教師研究的970條文獻(xiàn)題錄信息進(jìn)行可視化分析,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)從研究數(shù)量上看,高校教師研究經(jīng)歷了活躍增長(zhǎng)和穩(wěn)步增長(zhǎng)兩個(gè)時(shí)期;(2)從研究進(jìn)程上看,經(jīng)歷了宏觀、中觀、比較與本土結(jié)合到微觀層面的四個(gè)階段;(3)從研究規(guī)律上看,呈現(xiàn)出由教師隊(duì)伍保障建設(shè)逐漸向教師專業(yè)發(fā)展建設(shè)轉(zhuǎn)變、由教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)研究向教學(xué)發(fā)展研究轉(zhuǎn)變、由宏觀性研究向具有可操作性的微觀研究方向發(fā)展,以解決本國(guó)高等教育發(fā)展的內(nèi)在需求為起點(diǎn)和歸宿等特征。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the current situation of teachers' research in colleges and universities in China in the past 15 years, and to sort out the hot issues and development context in this research field, By using Cite Space software, the researcher analyzed the 970 items of literature records collected by CSSCI about university teachers, and found that: 1) from the point of view of the quantity of research, The research of college teachers has experienced two periods of active growth and steady growth. From the perspective of the research process, it has experienced the four stages of macroscopic, meso, comparative and local integration to the micro level. There is a gradual transition from the construction of teachers' support to the construction of teachers' professional development, from teaching academic research to teaching development and research, from macro research to operational micro research. To solve the inherent needs of the development of higher education as the starting point and home.
