【摘要】：高等院校承擔著促進人才發(fā)展,提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的重要任務(wù)。為更好地促進學生全面和個性化發(fā)展,高校開始重視對學生的學業(yè)指導工作,這也是高校在人才培養(yǎng)過程中貫徹“以學生為中心”教育理念的具體體現(xiàn)。大學新生初入校園,在學習和生活諸多方面存在不適情況。對大學新生進行及時有效的學業(yè)指導既有助于學生為四年的大學學業(yè)生涯打下良好基礎(chǔ),也有助于高校培養(yǎng)全面且個性化發(fā)展的人才,提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。我國高校學業(yè)指導工作起步較晚,制度體系尚未完善,且尚未有專門針對新生群體的學業(yè)指導研究,因此進行高校新生學業(yè)指導研究具有較大的理論意義和實踐價值。本文在“以學生為中心”視角下探究大學新生學業(yè)指導的內(nèi)涵,從指導內(nèi)容、指導人員、指導方式等方面對國內(nèi)高校新生學業(yè)指導工作的現(xiàn)狀進行梳理和闡述,并提出其存在的問題。在閱讀大量相關(guān)文獻的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計而得《大學新生學業(yè)指導需求調(diào)查問卷》,從適應(yīng)性、現(xiàn)狀和期待三個維度剖析大學新生對學業(yè)指導的真正訴求,從調(diào)查結(jié)果整合分析得出新生在教育環(huán)境適應(yīng)、教育資源利用、學業(yè)成長規(guī)劃、專業(yè)入門以及學業(yè)困難課程五個方面存在較強指導需求。最后本文從新生學業(yè)指導需求出發(fā),結(jié)合我國學業(yè)指導工作現(xiàn)狀,從學業(yè)指導理念、學業(yè)指導內(nèi)容形式、學業(yè)指導組織體系三個方面對新生學業(yè)指導工作提出建議。
[Abstract]:Institutions of higher learning undertake the important task of promoting the development of talents and improving the quality of personnel training. In order to better promote the all-round and individualized development of students, colleges and universities begin to attach importance to the work of academic guidance to students. This is also a concrete embodiment of the concept of "student-centered" education in colleges and universities in the process of personnel training. In many aspects of study and life, there is discomfort. Timely and effective academic guidance for freshmen can not only help students lay a good foundation for their four years of academic life, but also help colleges and universities cultivate all-round and individualized talents. In order to improve the quality of talent training, the academic guidance work of colleges and universities in China starts late, the system system is not perfect, and there is no research on academic guidance for the freshmen. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the academic guidance of college freshmen. This paper explores the connotation of academic guidance for freshmen from the perspective of "student-centered". The current situation of academic guidance for freshmen in colleges and universities in China is reviewed and expounded in terms of guidance methods and other aspects. On the basis of reading a large number of relevant documents, the questionnaire of academic guidance needs of freshmen was designed and analyzed from the three dimensions of adaptability, current situation and expectation, and the real demand for academic guidance of freshmen was analyzed from three dimensions: adaptability, current situation and expectation. From the integration analysis of the survey results, it is concluded that the freshmen have strong guiding needs in five aspects: adaptation to the educational environment, utilization of educational resources, academic growth planning, major introduction and academic difficulty courses. Finally, this paper starts from the academic guidance needs of freshmen. According to the present situation of academic guidance in China, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the academic guidance of freshmen from three aspects: the concept of academic guidance, the form of academic guidance, and the organizational system of academic guidance.
