【摘要】：近幾年來,針對高校研究生的思想政治教育日益被提上了重要的議事日程。研究生作為我國社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要人力資源,其發(fā)展成長關系到中國夢的實現(xiàn),關系到建成小康社會目標的實現(xiàn)。在這樣的時代背景下,為祖國的未來發(fā)展培養(yǎng)一批批優(yōu)秀的青年人才,顯得尤為迫切,也正是在這樣的大環(huán)境下,實踐育人這種新型的育人方式脫穎而出。堅持實踐育人,符合研究生自身發(fā)展成長的規(guī)律,有效指導了學生的全面發(fā)展,是時代的發(fā)展對我國教育提出的必然要求。圍繞著這一主題,本文從其基本原則、運行載體、機制構建等方面,展開了相關研究。作為大學生群體之一,研究生群體由于其自身以及實踐教育中存在的問題,為幫助其更好地適應社會發(fā)展的需要,強調立足于社會現(xiàn)實,主動參與社會實踐活動,積極構建研究生思想政治教育實踐育人共同體,不僅可以實現(xiàn)我國教育的根本任務,促進學生自身的良性發(fā)展,同時也符合了教育自身的基本規(guī)律,能夠有效地促進我國高等教育事業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, ideological and political education for graduate students in colleges and universities has been increasingly put on the important agenda. As an important human resource of social and economic development in China, the development of graduate students is related to the realization of Chinese Dream. Related to the realization of the goal of building a well-off society. Under this background, it is particularly urgent to train a number of outstanding young talents for the future development of the motherland. Practice education, a new way of educating people, stands out. Sticking to practice education conforms to the law of postgraduates' own development and growth, and effectively guides the all-round development of students. The development of the times is an inevitable requirement for education in China. Around this theme, this paper from its basic principles, operating carriers, mechanism construction and other aspects, launched the relevant research. As one of the college students. In order to help graduate students adapt to the needs of social development because of their own problems and the problems in practical education, the emphasis is placed on the social reality and active participation in social practice activities. Actively constructing the community of postgraduate ideological and political education practice can not only achieve the fundamental task of education in China, promote the healthy development of students themselves, but also accord with the basic laws of education itself. It can effectively promote the vigorous development of higher education in our country.
