【摘要】：隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,社會(huì)對(duì)應(yīng)用技術(shù)型人才的需求愈發(fā)強(qiáng)烈,然而當(dāng)前應(yīng)用技術(shù)型人才的培養(yǎng)還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)無法滿足社會(huì)的實(shí)際需求。因此,政府已逐漸認(rèn)識(shí)到應(yīng)用型院校校企"雙主體"育人的重要性,制定優(yōu)惠政策促進(jìn)校企"雙主體"育人工作的開展。文章對(duì)應(yīng)用型院校校企"雙主體"育人機(jī)制構(gòu)建的意義進(jìn)行了探討,并在分析當(dāng)前應(yīng)用型院校校企合作育人機(jī)制中存在的問題的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了幾點(diǎn)針對(duì)性的策略,以期應(yīng)用型院校校企"雙主體"育人機(jī)制得以完善。
[Abstract]:With the adjustment of industrial structure, the demand for applied technical talents is becoming more and more strong. However, the cultivation of applied technical talents is still far from meeting the actual needs of society. The government has gradually realized the importance of "double subject" education in applied colleges and enterprises. The paper discusses the significance of constructing the mechanism of "double subject" education in applied colleges and universities. On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the mechanism of cooperation and education in applied colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some targeted strategies in order to improve the mechanism of "double subject" education in applied colleges and universities.
