喀什地區(qū)支教師范生課堂管理個(gè)案研究

【摘要】:科學(xué)和有效的課堂管理不僅能為教學(xué)的順利開展創(chuàng)造條件,而且能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)學(xué)生主動(dòng)及健康發(fā)展,建構(gòu)積極的班風(fēng)和學(xué)風(fēng)。但長期以來,我國高等教育受赫爾巴特與凱洛夫教育思想影響,在實(shí)踐中貫徹以學(xué)科為中心,知識為本位的培養(yǎng)模式,以“學(xué)術(shù)”教育和“精英”教育為主,重理論知識,輕實(shí)踐能力培養(yǎng)。現(xiàn)今支教師范生普遍實(shí)踐能力薄弱,特別是課堂管理能力欠缺。本研究旨在通過對支教師范生課堂管理問題研究,尋其產(chǎn)生原因繼而提出改進(jìn)建議。希望高等院校、支教學(xué)校及教育管理部門認(rèn)識到支教師范生課堂管理不良對學(xué)生產(chǎn)生的負(fù)面影響,并采取相關(guān)措施改善支教師范生課堂管理現(xiàn)狀。進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)支教師范生專業(yè)技能發(fā)展與就業(yè)水平提高,支教學(xué)校教學(xué)質(zhì)量提升及師范生培養(yǎng)模式變革。論文沿著文獻(xiàn)分析—內(nèi)涵把握—研究設(shè)計(jì)—個(gè)案觀察—對策探討的邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行研究。以K地區(qū)K中學(xué)兩名維漢支教師范生R與L為研究對象,主要采用個(gè)案研究方法,并綜合運(yùn)用課堂觀察法與訪談法。緊緊著眼支教師范生課堂管理,對R與L的課堂管理實(shí)施一個(gè)學(xué)期的現(xiàn)場觀察,借助課堂觀察表采用事件取樣方法記錄其課堂管理狀況。并且訪談R與L及其所授班級學(xué)生、指導(dǎo)教師與帶隊(duì)教師,實(shí)現(xiàn)和課堂觀察信息互為補(bǔ)充,以期對支教師范生的課堂管理進(jìn)行全面考察和深入分析。論文包括引言和五章。引言從選題緣由、研究意義與國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究進(jìn)程入手,確立研究的邏輯起點(diǎn)。第一章對核心概念與理論基礎(chǔ)予以介紹,確立研究的邏輯支點(diǎn)。第二章包括研究設(shè)計(jì)與研究過程,確立研究的方法與路徑。第三章通過案例形式呈現(xiàn)兩名支教師范生課堂管理概況,在課堂管理原則及理論指導(dǎo)下全面挖掘探究存在的問題:支教師范生R與L自我管理方面偶爾會(huì)將其消極情緒發(fā)泄給學(xué)生,且過分使用單向傳遞—接受模式講授教學(xué)內(nèi)容。學(xué)生管理方面對待學(xué)生積極行為均能積極鼓勵(lì),但處理消極行為與中性行為存在偏頗。課堂心理環(huán)境管理方面課堂互動(dòng)、師生關(guān)系及課堂氛圍不佳。時(shí)間管理方面雖具有較強(qiáng)時(shí)間管理意識,但缺乏相應(yīng)理論指導(dǎo)管理存有隨意性。第四章對支教師范生課堂管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行原因分析,主要包括七個(gè)層面:支教師范生、學(xué)生、指導(dǎo)教師、帶隊(duì)教師、支教學(xué)校、高等院校與相關(guān)政府部門。第五章綜合考慮支教師范生R與L的課堂管理概況及影響因素基礎(chǔ)上提出針對性策略與建議:支教師范生應(yīng)優(yōu)化課堂管理目標(biāo)、構(gòu)建課堂管理規(guī)則、提升課堂管理能力、提高課堂管理效率與加強(qiáng)學(xué)生自我管理。同時(shí),指導(dǎo)教師與帶隊(duì)教師亦應(yīng)給予必要幫助,支教學(xué)校與高等院校提供重要支持,相關(guān)政府部門提供支撐保障。

This research aims to study classroom management issues to support teachers', find its reasons and put forward suggestions for improvement. Hope to colleges and Universities the negative impact of the schools and education authorities recognize the support of students' teaching classroom management bad on the students, and take relevant measures to improve students' teaching classroom The management of the status quo. To further promote the development of education and the level of employment to improve the professional skills of normal students, the schools to improve teaching quality and teachers training mode reform. The literature analysis and grasp the connotation along the logic structure of research design: case study and countermeasure discussion of the research area. K K middle school two Uygur and Han students and teaching R L as the research object, mainly adopts case study method, and the integrated use of classroom observation and interviews. Focus on the students' teaching closely support classroom management, to observe the scene of a semester of implementation of classroom management for R and L, with the help of the classroom observation table using event sampling method to record the interview and classroom management status of R and L. And granted class students, teachers and teachers' classroom observation information, implement and complement each other, in order to make an in-depth analysis and comprehensive study on classroom management support students' teaching. The thesis consists of preface and five chapters. The introduction from the research background, research significance and research at home and abroad with the establishment process, the logical starting point of the study. The first chapter introduces the core concepts and theoretical basis, establish logical fulcrum research. The second chapter includes research design and process, and establish the path research methods. The third chapter the case presented in the form of two teams of students' teaching of classroom management, comprehensive inquiry mining problems in guiding principles of classroom management and teaching of normal students under the theory of R and L self management occasionally the negative emotions to the students, and the excessive use of one-way transmission acceptance mode teaching content. The management of students to students to actively encourage positive behavior, but the negative biased behavior and neutral behavior. Psychological environment in classroom management classroom interaction, teacher-student relationship and classroom atmosphere Poor time management. The fourth chapter analyzes the status quo of students classroom management supporting teachers' cause, mainly includes seven aspects: teaching teachers, students, teachers, teacher led, schools, colleges and universities and the relevant government departments the fifth chapter. Considering the situation of classroom management and the influencing factors of students' teaching support R and L put forward specific strategies and suggestions: teaching students should optimize the classroom management goal, the construction of the classroom management rules, improve the classroom management ability, improve the efficiency of classroom management and strengthen students' self management. At the same time, teachers and led teachers should give the necessary help, schools and colleges provide important support, the relevant government departments to provide support.
