【摘要】:隨著海外留學(xué)歸國(guó)人數(shù)的不斷攀升,海歸就業(yè)陷入窘境的問(wèn)題也日益凸顯。依據(jù)對(duì)6名海歸和6家用人單位人力資源管理者的雙向訪談資料,本文從勞動(dòng)力供求匹配角度切入,探索性分析了海歸就業(yè)難的原因。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),在人力資本、社會(huì)資本、文化資本和經(jīng)濟(jì)資本四個(gè)方面體現(xiàn)出來(lái)的海歸固有的精英情結(jié)與其在勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)中遭遇到的社會(huì)排斥之間的匹配博弈是導(dǎo)致其就業(yè)難的主要原因。據(jù)此,對(duì)海歸和用人單位等相關(guān)主體提出了改進(jìn)建議。
[Abstract]:With the increasing number of overseas students returning home, the problem of overseas returnees' employment is also increasingly prominent. Based on the two-way interview data of 6 overseas returnees and 6 employers' human resource managers. From the point of view of labor supply and demand matching, this paper explores the reasons for the difficulty in employment of overseas returnees. The results show that in human capital, social capital. The matching game between the inherent elite complex of returnees and the social exclusion in the labor market is the main reason for the difficulty of employment in the four aspects of cultural capital and economic capital. Put forward the improvement suggestion to the related main body such as the sea return and the unit of choose and employ persons.
