【摘要】：在推進(jìn)"雙一流"建設(shè)發(fā)展的背景下,加強(qiáng)地方高校檔案文化建設(shè),是大學(xué)校園文化內(nèi)涵提升的一個(gè)創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。"雙一流"作為國家高校發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的現(xiàn)期目標(biāo),也為地方高校檔案文化的創(chuàng)新開辟了新思路。本文從山西省"1331"工程背景下地方高校檔案文化建設(shè)創(chuàng)新定位入手,分析地方高校檔案文化建設(shè)創(chuàng)新的基本原則和目標(biāo),并進(jìn)一步探索建設(shè)創(chuàng)新的實(shí)踐路徑,最后通過加強(qiáng)組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等保障推動(dòng)地方高校檔案文化創(chuàng)新建設(shè)的運(yùn)行。通過對1331背景下地方高校檔案文化創(chuàng)新的研究和思考,力求為地方高校立德樹人,培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新人才,實(shí)現(xiàn)一面一校,更為從事檔案文化管理者提供淺析的理論借鑒。
[Abstract]:Under the background of promoting the construction and development of "double first-class" construction, strengthening the construction of archives culture in local colleges and universities is an innovative point in promoting the connotation of university campus culture. "double first-class" is the current goal of the development strategy of national colleges and universities. It also opens up a new idea for the innovation of archives culture in local colleges and universities. This paper starts with the innovation orientation of the construction of archives culture in local colleges and universities under the background of "1331" project in Shanxi Province. This paper analyzes the basic principles and objectives of the innovation of archival culture construction in local colleges and universities, and further explores the practical path of construction and innovation, and finally, through strengthening the organizational leadership. Through the research and reflection on the innovation of archival culture in local colleges and universities under the background of 1331, the author tries to build up people for local colleges and universities. Cultivate innovative talents, realize one school, more engaged in archival culture managers to provide theoretical reference.
