【摘要】：專業(yè)興趣對(duì)大學(xué)生發(fā)展有著重要的影響。在高等教育階段,"大學(xué)生的專業(yè)興趣發(fā)展情況如何,特別是是否可以培養(yǎng)"一直沒有得到深入討論。本文利用北京大學(xué)教育學(xué)院2011-2014年對(duì)北京高校本科生的四年跟蹤調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),發(fā)現(xiàn)大二學(xué)年是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生專業(yè)興趣的重要節(jié)點(diǎn),而且大學(xué)階段的專業(yè)興趣是可以多渠道培養(yǎng)的。具體來看,學(xué)生入學(xué)后的初始專業(yè)興趣與入學(xué)前選擇專業(yè)時(shí)所受到的影響、招生分?jǐn)?shù)段和就業(yè)前景等因素有關(guān)。此外,在大一階段不同起始興趣的學(xué)生,專業(yè)興趣培養(yǎng)的途徑不同:大一階段對(duì)專業(yè)不感興趣的學(xué)生,專業(yè)興趣的培養(yǎng)主要來源于制度因素;大一階段還不確定專業(yè)興趣的學(xué)生,通過專業(yè)課程的教學(xué)和課程參與可以提高專業(yè)興趣;而大一對(duì)專業(yè)感興趣的學(xué)生,通過制度因素和課程參與提升專業(yè)興趣。基于上述討論,本文提出應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)對(duì)新生的入學(xué)指導(dǎo),改善專業(yè)課程教學(xué)方法,通過增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的課程參與來培養(yǎng)本科學(xué)生的專業(yè)興趣。
[Abstract]:Professional interest has an important impact on the development of college students. In the stage of higher education, "how does the professional interest of college students develop?" In particular, whether it can be cultivated has not been discussed in depth. This paper makes use of the four-year data from the Beijing University College of Education in 2011-2014 to track the undergraduate students in Beijing. It is found that the sophomore academic year is an important node to cultivate students' professional interest, and the professional interest in the university stage can be cultivated through multiple channels. The initial major interest of the students after entering school is related to the factors such as the influence of the choice of major before admission, the enrollment score and the employment prospect, etc. In addition, students with different initial interest in the freshman stage. The ways of cultivating professional interest are different: students who are not interested in major in freshman stage, the cultivation of professional interest mainly comes from institutional factors; Students who are not sure of their major interest in the first year of college can enhance their professional interest through the teaching of professional courses and their participation in courses. A large pair of students interested in major, through institutional factors and curriculum participation in promoting professional interest. Based on the above discussion, this paper puts forward that we should strengthen the admission guidance to freshmen and improve the teaching methods of professional courses. Develop undergraduate students' professional interest by enhancing students' participation in courses.
