【摘要】:當(dāng)今,創(chuàng)業(yè)成為大學(xué)生解決就業(yè)的一種途徑,這一方面是由于近幾年高校擴(kuò)招使得每年畢業(yè)人數(shù)的集中和增多,而社會(huì)在一定條件下還不能提供合理的、足夠多的崗位來(lái)滿(mǎn)足大學(xué)生就業(yè)的需要;另一方面,國(guó)家鼓勵(lì)大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè),這為大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)提供了外在的條件和支持。大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)不僅對(duì)大學(xué)生自身發(fā)展有利,也推動(dòng)著國(guó)家創(chuàng)造力和經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,而大學(xué)生要實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)業(yè)的理想或愿望,對(duì)大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)觀教育是必不可少的。大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)觀會(huì)直接影響創(chuàng)業(yè)行為,是創(chuàng)業(yè)首要解決的問(wèn)題,也是思想政治教育成才觀的重要部分,同時(shí),現(xiàn)在的大學(xué)生易受?chē)?guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)各種不良思想的影響,創(chuàng)業(yè)觀念中會(huì)產(chǎn)生一些不正確的思想、態(tài)度和看法,這些都需要加大對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)觀的教育。“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”是黨在新的形式下提出的一項(xiàng)偉大思想戰(zhàn)略,其豐富的思想內(nèi)涵不僅為大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)觀教育提供了價(jià)值導(dǎo)向,而且賦予了大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)觀教育新的時(shí)代內(nèi)涵,但同時(shí)也對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)觀教育的方式和環(huán)境提出了要求。本文結(jié)合大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)觀教育和“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”的相關(guān)研究,從“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”的視角對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)觀教育進(jìn)行探析,首先從宏觀的層面分析“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”的基本內(nèi)涵對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)觀教育的價(jià)值引導(dǎo),即“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”的國(guó)家富強(qiáng)、民族振興、人民幸福為大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)觀教育提供了愛(ài)國(guó)意識(shí)、民族意識(shí)、服務(wù)意識(shí)的宏觀價(jià)值導(dǎo)向;再?gòu)奈⒂^的層面具體分析“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)觀教育內(nèi)容的影響,即“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”的愛(ài)國(guó)意識(shí)、民族意識(shí)、服務(wù)意識(shí)如何在創(chuàng)業(yè)觀教育的具體內(nèi)容中體現(xiàn),通過(guò)具體影響創(chuàng)業(yè)的理想信念、創(chuàng)業(yè)的心理品質(zhì)、創(chuàng)業(yè)的責(zé)任意識(shí)、創(chuàng)業(yè)的道德素質(zhì)來(lái)得到體現(xiàn);然后分析“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”要實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)觀教育的價(jià)值引導(dǎo),需要通過(guò)革新傳統(tǒng)的課堂理論授課和靈活運(yùn)用新媒體來(lái)豐富創(chuàng)業(yè)觀的理論教育方式,也要結(jié)合校內(nèi)和校外創(chuàng)業(yè)觀的實(shí)踐教育和加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生的自我教育來(lái)滿(mǎn)足“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”背景下對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)觀教育方式的要求;最后,要實(shí)現(xiàn)“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)觀教育的價(jià)值引導(dǎo),還需要在創(chuàng)業(yè)觀教育的環(huán)境優(yōu)化中滲入“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”的思想,在校園文化環(huán)境、社會(huì)文化環(huán)境和家庭文化環(huán)境、國(guó)家創(chuàng)業(yè)文化政策的建構(gòu)中發(fā)揮“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”的引導(dǎo)功能,從而為“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)觀教育的價(jià)值引導(dǎo)提供一個(gè)良好的文化環(huán)境氛圍。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, entrepreneurship has become a way to solve the employment of college students. On the one hand, the expansion of university enrollment in recent years has made the number of graduates concentrated and increased every year, but the society can not provide reasonable under certain conditions. Enough jobs to meet the employment needs of college students; On the other hand, the state encourages the innovative entrepreneurship of college students, which provides external conditions and support for the entrepreneurship of college students, which is not only beneficial to the development of college students themselves. It also promotes the development of national creativity and economy, and college students want to realize the ideal or desire of entrepreneurship, it is essential for the education of entrepreneurship view of college students. The entrepreneurial outlook of college students will directly affect entrepreneurial behavior. Entrepreneurship is the first problem to solve, but also an important part of the concept of ideological and political education, at the same time, college students are vulnerable to the international and domestic influence of a variety of bad ideas, entrepreneurial ideas will produce some incorrect ideas. Attitude and view, all these need to strengthen the education of college students' view of entrepreneurship. "Chinese Dream" is a great ideological strategy put forward by the Party in the new form. Its rich ideological connotation not only provides a value orientation for college students' entrepreneurship education, but also gives them a new connotation of the times. But at the same time, it also puts forward the requirements of the way and environment of college students' entrepreneurship education. This paper combines the education of college students' entrepreneurship and the relevant research of "Chinese Dream". From the perspective of "Chinese Dream", this paper analyzes the education of college students' entrepreneurship view. Firstly, it analyzes the value guidance of the basic connotation of "Chinese Dream" to the education of college students' entrepreneurship view, that is, the country of Chinese Dream is rich and strong. The rejuvenation of the nation and the happiness of the people provide the macro-value orientation of patriotic consciousness, national consciousness and service consciousness for the education of university students' view of entrepreneurship. And then from the micro level of specific analysis of the impact of "Chinese Dream" on college students entrepreneurship education content, that is, "Chinese Dream" awareness of patriotism, national awareness, service consciousness how to reflect in the specific content of entrepreneurship education. Through the specific impact of entrepreneurial ideals and beliefs, entrepreneurial psychological quality, entrepreneurial sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial moral quality to be reflected; Then analyze the "Chinese Dream" in order to achieve the value of the education of entrepreneurship education for college students, we need to innovate the traditional classroom theory teaching and flexible use of new media to enrich the theory of entrepreneurship education. It is also necessary to meet the requirements of "Chinese Dream" under the background of "Chinese Dream" by combining the practical education of entrepreneurship outlook on campus and out of school and strengthening the self-education of college students. Finally, in order to realize the value guidance of "Chinese Dream" to college students' entrepreneurship education, it is necessary to infiltrate the thought of "Chinese Dream" into the environment optimization of entrepreneurship education, and in the campus cultural environment. Social and cultural environment and family culture environment, the construction of national entrepreneurial culture policy play a leading role in the "Chinese dream". Thus, Chinese Dream provides a good cultural environment for the value guidance of college students'entrepreneurship education.
