【摘要】：調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),民辦高校校企合作并沒(méi)有完全擺脫"學(xué)校熱,企業(yè)不熱"的困境。但是,不少民辦高校憑借其靈活的體制機(jī)制,進(jìn)行了多樣化、多途徑的校企合作探索,與政府建立良好合作、讓企業(yè)全面參與教育教學(xué)決策、建立企業(yè)篩選與學(xué)生選拔機(jī)制、多種校企合作模式探索等,取得了良好的效果,為其他高校校企合作實(shí)施提供了邏輯示范。因此,主動(dòng)服務(wù)企業(yè)及區(qū)域發(fā)展、真正實(shí)現(xiàn)校企雙主體、完善體制機(jī)制、深化校企合作模式,是民辦高校有效實(shí)施校企合作的應(yīng)然策略。
[Abstract]:The investigation found that the cooperation between private colleges and enterprises did not completely get rid of the dilemma of "hot schools, not hot enterprises". However, many private colleges and universities have diversified with their flexible system and mechanism. Multi-channel cooperation exploration between schools and enterprises, the establishment of good cooperation with the government, the full participation of enterprises in the decision-making of education and teaching, the establishment of enterprise selection and student selection mechanism, and the exploration of various modes of cooperation between schools and enterprises have achieved good results. Therefore, we should take the initiative to serve the enterprise and regional development, realize the dual main body of the school and enterprise, perfect the system and mechanism, and deepen the cooperation mode of the school and enterprise. It is an effective strategy for private colleges and universities to carry out the cooperation between schools and enterprises.
