【摘要】：新自由主義思潮作為西方資本主義社會(huì)最主要的思潮,對西方資本主義社會(huì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化的發(fā)展起了重要作用,這說明了新自由主義有著其存在的合理性和價(jià)值。我國是社會(huì)主義國家,在經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化和意識形態(tài)等方面與資本主義國家有很大不同,新自由主義對我國也產(chǎn)生了重要影響。自“華盛頓共識”在全球推廣以來,西方資本主義大國以經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的名義,向我國大肆推銷新自由主義,新自由主義不僅僅意味著經(jīng)濟(jì)的,也意味資本主義政治和意識形態(tài)。寧夏地處我國西北,相對于全國其他地方線的閉塞落后,寧夏也是一個(gè)以回族為主的少數(shù)民族地區(qū)。該論文選取了寧夏八所高校作為訪談和問卷調(diào)查的對象,這幾所高校有較強(qiáng)的代表性。筆者對寧夏幾個(gè)高校大學(xué)生進(jìn)行了實(shí)地采訪,得出如下基本結(jié)論:第一,寧夏高校大學(xué)生受自由主義的影響與民族的有一定的關(guān)系。第二,寧夏高校大學(xué)生受自由主義的影響與專業(yè)背景有一定的關(guān)系。第三,寧夏高校大學(xué)生受自由主義的影響與地域有一定的關(guān)系。在問卷調(diào)查問卷方面,通過調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)寧夏高校大學(xué)生對新自由主義有一定的認(rèn)同度,新自由主義對寧夏高校大學(xué)生有較大影響。由于新自由主義的兩面性,在開拓大學(xué)生視野和思維的同時(shí),給寧夏高校大學(xué)生帶來了一定的消極影響。結(jié)合采訪和調(diào)查,新自由主義的影響結(jié)果表現(xiàn)為:第一、動(dòng)搖了馬克思主義信仰。二、動(dòng)搖了社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的信心。三、滋生了個(gè)人主義,否定集體主義。四、迷失了公平與正義感,萌發(fā)功利思想。筆者結(jié)合實(shí)證采訪和問卷調(diào)查,分析了上述影響的主要原因是:一、環(huán)境因素。二、寧夏高校在自身建設(shè)方面的缺失。三、寧夏高校大學(xué)生自身特點(diǎn)。新自由主義思潮對寧夏高校大學(xué)生帶來的上述影響,結(jié)合寧夏高校實(shí)際情況,應(yīng)該采取如下對策:第一,用馬克思主義理論對待。第二,加強(qiáng)意識形態(tài)建設(shè)。第三,用社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系引領(lǐng)寧夏高校大學(xué)生成長。第四,改進(jìn)思想政治教育。第五,加強(qiáng)校園文化建設(shè)。通過上述措施,有效應(yīng)對新自由主義給寧夏高校大學(xué)生帶來的影響。
[Abstract]:As the most important trend of thought in western capitalist society, neoliberalism plays an important role in the development of economy, politics and culture in western capitalist society. This shows that neoliberalism has its rationality and value. China is a socialist country, which is very different from capitalist countries in economic, political, cultural and ideological aspects. Since the "Washington consensus" was popularized in the world, the big capitalist countries in the West have been selling neoliberalism to our country in the name of economic globalization. Neoliberalism means not only economic, but also capitalist politics and ideology. Ningxia is also a minority area dominated by Hui nationality. This paper selects eight colleges and universities in Ningxia as the objects of interviews and questionnaires. These colleges and universities have strong representativeness. The author conducted a field interview on several college students in Ningxia and got the following basic conclusions: first. The influence of liberalism on college students in Ningxia has a certain relationship with the nationality. Second, the influence of liberalism on college students in Ningxia has a certain relationship with the professional background. There is a certain relationship between the influence of liberalism on college students in Ningxia and the region. In the aspect of questionnaire survey, it is found that the college students in Ningxia have a certain degree of approval to neoliberalism. Neoliberalism has a great influence on college students in Ningxia. Because of the dual character of neo-liberalism, it is developing the vision and thinking of college students at the same time. Combined with interviews and investigations, the impact of neoliberalism results in: first, shaken the belief of Marxism. 2. Third, it breeds individualism and negates collectivism. Fourthly, it loses the sense of fairness and justice, and germinates utilitarian thoughts. The main reasons of the above influence are analyzed as follows: first, environmental factors; second, the deficiency of Ningxia colleges and universities in their own construction. 3. The characteristics of college students in Ningxia and the influence of neoliberal thoughts on the college students in Ningxia, combined with the actual situation of colleges and universities in Ningxia, should be taken the following countermeasures: first. To treat with Marxist theory. Second, to strengthen ideological construction. Third, to use the socialist core value system to lead the growth of college students in Ningxia. 4th, to improve ideological and political education. 5th. Through the above measures, we can effectively deal with the influence of neoliberalism on college students in Ningxia.
