【摘要】：中國與馬來西亞自建交以來,兩國關(guān)系逐步進(jìn)入全面、穩(wěn)定與務(wù)實(shí)的發(fā)展軌道。"一帶一路"倡議的提出促進(jìn)了兩國關(guān)系邁進(jìn)新的發(fā)展階段,有利于提升兩國在經(jīng)貿(mào)、金融與教育等多領(lǐng)域的務(wù)實(shí)合作水平。中馬兩國在高等教育交流與合作領(lǐng)域已取得一定的成績,形成交流合作平臺成效顯著、人員交流與合作擴(kuò)大、合作辦學(xué)形式多樣等特點(diǎn),但仍存在一些問題,如兩國政府間的高等教育交流平臺有待進(jìn)一步夯實(shí),獎學(xué)金覆蓋范圍較小,合作辦學(xué)數(shù)量偏少等。面對中國提出的"一帶一路"倡議帶來的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),雙方需進(jìn)一步夯實(shí)兩國高等教育交流平臺,完善留學(xué)獎學(xué)金資助體系,實(shí)施"走出去"戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:China and Malaysia since the establishment of diplomatic relations, the relations between the two countries gradually entered, stable and practical development track. "The Belt and Road initiative to promote the relations between the two countries entered a new stage of development, is conducive to enhancing bilateral pragmatic cooperation in economy and trade, finance and education level in many fields. The two countries have made certain achievements in the exchanges and cooperation in higher education field, the formation of effective exchanges and cooperation platform, expand personnel exchanges and cooperation, cooperation in various forms and other characteristics, but there are still some problems, such as the higher education exchange platform between the two governments to further consolidate the scholarship, coverage of small, low number of cooperative education.
