【摘要】：中國的大學(xué)教育正在遭受一定程度的信任危機,表征為非理性的"出國留學(xué)熱"和"讀大學(xué)無用論"的蔓延。大學(xué)教育的信任危機問題,根本上是一個人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量問題。人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量提高的關(guān)鍵在于創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式,而創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式的根本又在于優(yōu)化配置教育教學(xué)資源。教學(xué)資源的優(yōu)化配置,要立足于校內(nèi)外教學(xué)資源的廣域性、關(guān)聯(lián)性、綜合性和系統(tǒng)性,立足于教學(xué)資源的挖潛、盤活、重組、共享、建設(shè)、發(fā)展,同時致力于教學(xué)資源的轉(zhuǎn)化,充分發(fā)揮其整體性效能,全面提高人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量和水平。
[Abstract]:University education in China is suffering from a certain degree of trust crisis, characterized by irrational "study abroad craze" and "useless university theory" spread, and university education trust crisis. Fundamentally, it is a problem of talent training quality. The key to the improvement of talent training quality lies in the innovation of talent training mode. The basic of the innovative talent training model is to optimize the allocation of educational and teaching resources. The optimal allocation of teaching resources should be based on the wide area, relevance, comprehensiveness and systematicness of the teaching resources inside and outside the school. It is based on tapping, activating, reorganizing, sharing, building and developing of teaching resources, and at the same time devoting itself to the transformation of teaching resources, giving full play to its overall efficiency, and improving the quality and level of personnel training in an all-round way.
