【摘要】：高校的科研能力是國家科技實力的基礎(chǔ)。高�？萍寄芰υu價方法分為兩類:一類是定性評價;一類是定量評價,后者中的DEA技術(shù)日益流行。盡管這一技術(shù)從靜態(tài)和動態(tài)兩個方面,站在效率角度能夠比較全面地評價高校的科研能力,但仍有改進的空間。
[Abstract]:The ability of scientific research in colleges and universities is the basis of national science and technology strength . The evaluation method of scientific and technological capability of colleges and universities is divided into two categories : one is qualitative evaluation ; one is quantitative evaluation , and the DEA technology in the latter is increasingly popular . Although this technology can comprehensively evaluate the scientific research ability of the university from the aspect of static and dynamic , there is still room for improvement .
