【摘要】：黨的十八大報告明確提出，加強社會建設是社會和諧穩(wěn)定的重要保證。志愿服務是加強社會管理、推動社會文明進步的重要標志和途徑。大學生志愿服務是我國社會志愿服務的最重要的組成部分，也是高等院校開展思想政治教育的有效途徑和載體。大學生志愿服務拓展了高等學校校園文化生活新形式，創(chuàng)造了一種新的社會動員方式和機制，已成為當代大學生所喜愛的精神時尚。 大學生志愿服務，傳承了中華民族助人為樂和奉獻社會的傳統(tǒng)美德，創(chuàng)新了校園文化的載體，體現(xiàn)了時代精神和育人的本質，是引領中國社會風氣之先的正能量，是對中國特色社會主義核心價值體系的具體實踐，是對構建社會主義和諧社會的行動落實。因此，深入研究大學生志愿服務活動的開展，積極探索大學生志愿服務思想政治教育功能，，對于推動我國大學生志愿服務工作的深入開展具有重要的理論和實踐意義。 本論文注重理論研究與實踐運用相結合，從大學生志愿服務視角出發(fā)，以理論分析為基礎，在實踐中進行實證分析，通過對黑龍江省哈爾濱市部分高校大學生志愿服務活動參與情況的實地調研和問卷調查，分析大學生志愿服務活動現(xiàn)狀，并提出大學生志愿服務活動存在的問題及深層原因。 本文在重點闡述了大學生志愿服務思想政治教育功能即導向功能、教育功能、育人功能、凝聚功能、示范功能、實踐功能的基礎上，針對大學生志愿服務的現(xiàn)狀，提出新時期提高大學生志愿服務思想政治教育功能的路徑和對策，即踐行核心價值觀，加強導向功能；完善教育管理，凸顯教育功能；發(fā)揮志愿者主體性，弘揚育人功能；弘揚志愿精神，發(fā)揮凝聚功能；加大宣傳力度，提升示范功能；積極參與志愿服務，力行實踐功能。
[Abstract]:Eighteen big reports of the party put forward clearly, strengthen social construction is an important guarantee for social harmony and stability. The volunteer service is to strengthen social management, and an important symbol of social civilization and progress. The way to promote college students' volunteer service is the most important part of the social volunteer service in China, to carry out the effective way and carrier of Ideological and political education of colleges and universities is college students volunteer service. Develop new forms of campus culture in higher school life, creating a new social mobilization and mechanism, has become a favorite of contemporary college students' spirit of fashion.
Volunteer service, heritage of the Chinese traditional virtues of helping others and contribute to the society, the innovation carrier of campus culture, embodies the essence of the spirit of the times and the people, is the leading social trend of China positive energy, is the practice of the socialist core value system China characteristics, is the implementation of the construction of socialist harmonious society and action., in-depth study of college students volunteer service activities, and actively explore the ideological and political education function of college students volunteer service, for which has important theoretical and practical significance to promote China's volunteer service work in-depth.
This paper focus on theoretical research and practical application of the combination, starting from the perspective of College Students' volunteer service, based on theoretical analysis and empirical analysis in practice, through to the Heilongjiang province Harbin city college students to participate in volunteer service activities of the field investigation and questionnaire survey, analysis of the current situation of College students' volunteer service activities, and put forward and deep reason there are volunteer service activities of undergraduates problem.
This paper expounds the function of Ideological and political education of college students volunteer service is the guiding function, educational function, educational function, cohesive function, demonstration function in the key, based on practice, according to the present situation of college students volunteer service, put forward to improve the path and Countermeasures of college students volunteer service function of Ideological and political education in the new period, namely, practice the core values, strengthen the guiding function; improve the education management, highlighting the educational function; the volunteers play subjectivity, promote the educational function; the promotion of volunteerism, play aggregation function; strengthen propaganda, enhance the demonstration function; actively participate in volunteer service practice.
