【摘要】：高校思想政治教育是高等教育的重要組成部分,是人才培養(yǎng)的重要保證�，F(xiàn)代社會(huì)需要的人才不僅僅是具有堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)和專業(yè)知識(shí),還要有正確的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)、濃厚的學(xué)習(xí)興趣、積極的學(xué)習(xí)熱情、堅(jiān)定的學(xué)習(xí)意志和完善的性格,這些往往都離不開(kāi)非智力因素的參與。非智力因素的參與,不僅為思想政治教育注入新的活力,而且對(duì)大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)成才起著至關(guān)重要的作用。傳統(tǒng)的教育更多的是關(guān)注大學(xué)生智力的開(kāi)發(fā)和培養(yǎng),忽視了對(duì)大學(xué)生性格、情感、意志的關(guān)注和引導(dǎo),大學(xué)生非智力因素發(fā)展欠缺,這對(duì)于大學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展不利,思想政治的教育效果也會(huì)受到影響。本文從研究大學(xué)生思想政治教育中非智力因素的現(xiàn)狀入手,通過(guò)對(duì)3所高校大學(xué)生的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷并結(jié)合調(diào)研結(jié)果和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),分析高校思想政治教育中大學(xué)生非智力因素培養(yǎng)存在的問(wèn)題及原因,發(fā)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生非智力方面存在許多問(wèn)題,如動(dòng)機(jī)模糊、興趣單一、情緒不穩(wěn)定、意志力薄弱及人格缺失等等,這些都是對(duì)大學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展極為不利的。所以本文從大學(xué)生的動(dòng)機(jī)、興趣、情感、意志、性格這幾個(gè)方面,針對(duì)性的探索了培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生具體非智力因素的措施。同時(shí)理論結(jié)合實(shí)踐,力圖探索出高校思想政治教育對(duì)大學(xué)生非智力因素培養(yǎng)的方法,從理論層面到實(shí)踐層面多角度研究,探索出積極的應(yīng)對(duì)措施�？傊�,在信息高速發(fā)展的今天,培養(yǎng)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化人才,必須在高校思想政治教育中融入非智力因素培養(yǎng),不僅有利于大學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展,同時(shí)提高高校思想政治教育工作。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political education is an important part of higher education, is an important guarantee for talent cultivation. The modern society needs not only has a solid theoretical foundation and professional knowledge, but also have the correct learning motivation, a strong interest in learning, learning enthusiasm, positive, strong learning will and perfect personality, these are often all cannot do without the participation of non intellectual factors. Non intellectual factors involved, not only to inject new vitality into the ideological and political education, but also for the growth of college students plays a vital role. The traditional education pays more attention to the development of college students and mental training, ignoring the emotional character of college students, and will focus on and guide college students, the lack of development of non intelligence factors, for the all-round development of college students, ideological and political education effect will be affected. This paper studies the ideological The present situation of non intellectual factors in the political education, through the questionnaire of college students in 3 universities and combined with the research results and statistical data, analysis of the ideological and political education of college students in the training of non intelligence factors, existing problems and the reasons, found that college students non intelligence aspects exist in many problems, such as fuzzy interest motivation, single, emotional instability the lack of willpower and personality, and so on, these are the overall development of college students is extremely unfavorable. So this paper from the college students' motivation, interest, emotion, will, character of these aspects, the cultivation of College Students' non intelligence factors of needle specific measures of exploration. At the same time the combination of theory and practice, tries to explore a method the ideological and political education of College Students' Non intelligence factors, study from theory to practice multi angle, explore a positive response. In short, in the information high With the rapid development of today's education, it is necessary to integrate non intellectual factors into Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, which is conducive not only to the all-round development of college students, but also to the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.
