【摘要】:教育實踐在規(guī)模與質(zhì)量、基礎(chǔ)投入與軟實力塑造、教育過程與職業(yè)要素、教育層次與人才成長規(guī)律等方面的失諧,導(dǎo)致了技能人才培養(yǎng)中"工匠"與"精神"的割裂,其原因在于尚未針對工匠精神建立統(tǒng)一的教育向度分析框架,從而也就無法在工匠社會存在的考察維度上達(dá)成一致并展開系統(tǒng)性的學(xué)術(shù)爭鳴和實踐論證。精益求精的工匠精神可以從"專注"、"傳承"、"創(chuàng)新"和"卓越"四個教育向度進(jìn)行應(yīng)然和指向性的界定并建立分析框架。基于此,教育系統(tǒng)應(yīng)從知識和技藝的傳承、精神品質(zhì)的塑造、社會資本的積累及社會責(zé)任的樹立等方面,積極進(jìn)行教育精神、教育要素、教育過程和教育體系等方面的變革與提升。
