【摘要】：正陳玉杰、徐艷在《中國勞動》2017年第6期中撰文,分析了我國職業(yè)培訓(xùn)補貼制度的政策措施,并通過調(diào)研了解我國職業(yè)培訓(xùn)補貼的實施情況,從而針對存在的問題,提出了完善我國職業(yè)培訓(xùn)補貼制度的政策建議。職業(yè)培訓(xùn)作為技能人才培養(yǎng)的重要手段,是解決就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾最根本、最有效的舉措。近年來,中央財政、各地方財政都在預(yù)算中安排出大量的職業(yè)培訓(xùn)補貼資金,補貼資金在提高勞動者素質(zhì)和技能水平、促進就業(yè)、維護社會穩(wěn)定與和諧等方面起到了積極的作用。
[Abstract]:Chen Yujie and Xu Yan wrote in the sixth issue of China's Labor 2017, analyzed the policy measures of China's vocational training subsidy system, and through investigation and understanding of the implementation of vocational training subsidy in China, and put forward some policy suggestions to improve China's vocational training subsidy system in view of the existing problems. Vocational training, as an important means of cultivating skilled talents, is the most fundamental and effective measure to solve the structural contradiction of employment. In recent years, the central finance and local finance have arranged a large number of vocational training subsidy funds in the budget, which have played a positive role in improving the quality and skill level of workers, promoting employment, maintaining social stability and harmony, and so on.
