【摘要】：中英西南基礎教育項目是針對中國西南少數民族地區(qū)開展的一項教育援助項目。根據"女性領導力行動研究"調研中獲得的信息,西南少數民族地區(qū)女教師不足1/3,女校長更是奇缺。為此,本文提出少數民族地區(qū)學校女性領導力提升的本土化策略思考:從試點到推廣,實現自下而上與自上而下的聯動;基于共同利益的性別平等目標建構;建立國家、省、縣多層級及多元化的工作團隊;從女性的真實困境和內在需求出發(fā)提升領導力。
[Abstract]:The Sino-British Southwest basic Education Project is an educational assistance project for ethnic minority areas in southwest China. According to the information obtained in the study of Women's leadership Action, there are less than 1 female teachers in southwest minority areas, and the female headmaster is even more scarce. Therefore, this paper puts forward the localization strategy of female leadership promotion in minority areas: from pilot to promotion, to achieve bottom-up and top-down linkage; to construct the goal of gender equality based on common interests; to establish national, provincial, county multi-level and diversified working teams; and to enhance leadership from the real plight and internal needs of women.
