【摘要】：目的:研究醫(yī)專生積極心理資本在父母教養(yǎng)方式與應(yīng)對(duì)方式間的中介作用。方法:采用父母教養(yǎng)方式問卷、積極心理資本問卷和簡(jiǎn)易應(yīng)對(duì)方式量表對(duì)一所醫(yī)學(xué)高等�？茖W(xué)校的950名學(xué)生進(jìn)行測(cè)量。結(jié)果:父/母關(guān)愛、鼓勵(lì)自主與心理資本呈顯著正相關(guān)(r在0.174~0.254之間,P0.01),父/母控制與心理資本呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.170,r=-0.200,P0.01);父/母關(guān)愛、鼓勵(lì)自主與積極應(yīng)對(duì)方式呈顯著正相關(guān)(r在0.133~0.206之間,P0.01),父/母控制與消極應(yīng)對(duì)方式呈顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.205,r=0.220,P0.01);積極心理資本與積極應(yīng)對(duì)方式呈顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.516,P0.01),與消極應(yīng)對(duì)方式呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.246,P0.01)。醫(yī)專生積極心理資本在父母關(guān)愛與積極應(yīng)對(duì)方式/消極應(yīng)對(duì)方式、父母控制與積極應(yīng)對(duì)方式間起完全中介作用,在父母鼓勵(lì)自主、父母控制與消極應(yīng)對(duì)方式間起部分中介作用。結(jié)論:父母教養(yǎng)方式對(duì)醫(yī)專生應(yīng)對(duì)方式的影響是通過積極心理資本來起作用的,提高醫(yī)專生的積極心理資本水平可以培養(yǎng)其積極應(yīng)對(duì)方式,減少消極應(yīng)對(duì)方式的使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the intermediary role of positive psychological capital in parental rearing style and coping style.
