太鋼網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育培訓(xùn)(E-Learning),是主要通過(guò)先進(jìn)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進(jìn)行的學(xué)習(xí)與教學(xué)活動(dòng),它充分利用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)所提供的、具有全新溝通機(jī)制與豐富資源的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境,實(shí)現(xiàn)一種全新的學(xué)習(xí)方式。它以網(wǎng)絡(luò)為基礎(chǔ)、消除了空間時(shí)間的障礙,可以個(gè)性化的提供培訓(xùn)服務(wù),并且具有極大化的交互作用,以開放式的學(xué)習(xí)空間帶來(lái)前所未有的學(xué)習(xí)體驗(yàn)。 太鋼網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)(E-Learning)的建設(shè)可以豐富教學(xué)培訓(xùn)手段、提升培訓(xùn)教學(xué)質(zhì)量、健全培訓(xùn)評(píng)估體系,有效地拓展延伸ERP系統(tǒng)中人力資源管理中的培訓(xùn)管理功能,為人力資源管理提供諸多詳盡、真實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)將成為員工的最佳學(xué)習(xí)園地,培訓(xùn)流程管理體系的必要載體,企業(yè)人力資源管理的助手,企業(yè)知識(shí)共享的主要平臺(tái)和創(chuàng)建學(xué)習(xí)型企業(yè)的重要支撐手段。 本文圍繞網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育理論在企業(yè)中的創(chuàng)新運(yùn)用和網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)管控兩條主線,主要從太鋼網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)建設(shè),太鋼網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育培訓(xùn)管理方法創(chuàng)新,太鋼網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)功能服務(wù)創(chuàng)新角度進(jìn)行研究。提出了變革太鋼教育培訓(xùn)方式和提升教育培訓(xùn)業(yè)務(wù)管理水平的方法和途徑。就建設(shè)太鋼網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)制定了建設(shè)和實(shí)施方案。在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,以太鋼網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的需求分析、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)為主線,從系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)、硬件設(shè)備、網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、功能模塊、實(shí)施風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控、投資效益分析等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了分析和論證,認(rèn)為實(shí)施太鋼網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)是可行的,有效的。
[Abstract]:Network education and training (E-Learning) is a kind of learning and teaching activity, which is mainly carried out through advanced network technology. It makes full use of the learning environment provided by modern information technology, which has a new communication mechanism and rich resources, and realizes a new way of learning. It is based on the network, eliminates the obstacles of space and time, can provide personalized training services, and has a maximum interaction, with an open learning space to bring unprecedented learning experience. The construction of network education and training system (E-Learning) in Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd can enrich teaching and training means, improve the quality of training and teaching, improve the training evaluation system, effectively expand and extend the training management function in human resource management in ERP system, and provide a lot of detailed and real basic data for human resource management. The network education and training system will become the best learning garden for employees, the necessary carrier of training process management system, the assistant of enterprise human resource management, the main platform of enterprise knowledge sharing and the important supporting means of establishing learning enterprise. This paper focuses on the innovative application of network education theory in enterprises and the construction and control of network education and training system, mainly from the perspective of the construction of network education and training system in Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the innovation of network education and training management methods in Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and the innovation of network learning function service in Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. This paper puts forward some methods and ways to reform the education and training mode and improve the management level of education and training business in Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. The construction and implementation plan for the construction of network education and training system in Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. On the basis of field investigation, taking the demand analysis, structure design and system realization of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Network education and training system as the main line, this paper analyzes and demonstrates the system structure, hardware equipment, network structure, function module, risk control, investment benefit analysis and so on. It is considered that it is feasible and effective to carry out the construction of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Network education and training system.
