【摘要】：隨著我國"一帶一路"發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實施,以我國西部少數(shù)民族地區(qū)為主要走廊的"新絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶"正日益成為區(qū)域發(fā)展的中心,成為帶動國家經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的新的引擎。但是由于社會歷史及地理位置的原因,西部少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的發(fā)展還相對滯后,對區(qū)域的帶動能力還有待提升,特別是由于語言及風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣的差異,少數(shù)民族與漢族的經(jīng)濟文化交往還存在一定的障礙,培養(yǎng)大批能夠在少數(shù)民族與漢族之間起到橋梁作用的民漢雙語類人才,成為提升少數(shù)民族地區(qū)社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平的重要任務(wù)。本研究以多元文化理論、教育供求理論、文化生態(tài)學(xué)理論為研究理論基礎(chǔ),從民漢雙語類人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀和民漢雙語類人才培養(yǎng)的貢獻兩個視角切入,對我國民族院校民漢雙語人才培養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、培養(yǎng)模式、課程與專業(yè)設(shè)置、社會貢獻等方面進行了大量的實地調(diào)研與訪談工作,突出了民族院校人才培養(yǎng)的貢獻,分析總結(jié)了民族院校對民漢雙語人才培養(yǎng)的貢獻以及民漢雙語人才培養(yǎng)對民族地區(qū)的貢獻,凸顯了民漢雙語人才培養(yǎng)的重要性。全文主要研究內(nèi)容是:第一章是緒論,主要介紹內(nèi)容是文章的研究背景、研究目的、研究意義、研究方法、研究內(nèi)容等;第二章是文章的基礎(chǔ)部分,主要介紹了指導(dǎo)文章研究的三大理論;第三章調(diào)查和研究了目前民族院校民漢雙語類人才培養(yǎng)的一般現(xiàn)狀,分析了雙語類人才培養(yǎng)的專業(yè)設(shè)置、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、培養(yǎng)模式等問題;第四章突出了民族院校民漢雙語類人才培養(yǎng)的貢獻,從對個人和對地區(qū)兩個角度進行研究;第五章是對民漢雙語類人才培養(yǎng)的一些建議;第六章是對本文的總結(jié)。本文的研究目的是試圖通過對民族院校雙語人才的培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查,結(jié)合民漢雙語類人才培養(yǎng)的作用與意義,清晰刻畫出民漢雙語類對民族地區(qū)發(fā)展的貢獻,針對培養(yǎng)中存在的問題提出一些建議與意見。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of "Belt and Road Initiative" development strategy in China, the "New Silk Road Economic Belt", which takes the western minority areas as the main corridor, is increasingly becoming the center of regional development and a new engine to drive the national economic development. However, due to the reasons of social history and geographical location, the development of the western minority areas is still relatively lagging behind, and the driving ability to the region still needs to be improved, especially due to the differences in language and customs. There are still some obstacles to the economic and cultural exchanges between ethnic minorities and Han nationality, and a large number of bilingual talents between ethnic minorities and Han nationality can be trained as a bridge between ethnic minorities and Han nationality. It has become an important task to improve the level of social and economic development in ethnic minority areas. Based on the theory of multiculturalism, the theory of educational supply and demand and the theory of cultural ecology, this study is based on the present situation of the cultivation of bilingual talents in Chinese and the contribution of the cultivation of bilingual talents in Chinese and Chinese. This paper makes a lot of field investigation and interview work on the training goal, training mode, curriculum and specialty setting, social contribution and so on of bilingual talents training in ethnic colleges and universities in China, and highlights the contribution of talents training in colleges and universities for nationalities. This paper analyzes and summarizes the contributions of ethnic colleges and universities to the cultivation of bilingual talents in Chinese and Chinese, and the contributions of the cultivation of bilingual talents in Chinese and Chinese to ethnic areas, which highlights the importance of the cultivation of bilingual talents in Chinese and Chinese. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: the first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research background, research purpose, research significance, research methods, research content and so on. The second chapter is the basic part of the article, which mainly introduces the three theories that guide the research of the article. The third chapter investigates and studies the general situation of bilingual talents training in ethnic colleges and universities, and analyzes the professional setting, training objectives and training mode of bilingual talents training. The fourth chapter highlights the contribution of the training of bilingual talents in ethnic colleges and universities from the perspective of individuals and regions; the fifth chapter is some suggestions on the cultivation of bilingual talents in Chinese and Chinese; the sixth chapter is a summary of this paper. The purpose of this paper is to clearly depict the contribution of bilingual talents to the development of ethnic minority areas through the investigation of the present situation of bilingual talents training in colleges and universities for nationalities, combined with the role and significance of bilingual talents training in Chinese and Chinese. In view of the problems existing in the training, this paper puts forward some suggestions and suggestions.
