民族院校民漢雙語類人才培養(yǎng)及其貢獻研究
[Abstract]:With the implementation of "Belt and Road Initiative" development strategy in China, the "New Silk Road Economic Belt", which takes the western minority areas as the main corridor, is increasingly becoming the center of regional development and a new engine to drive the national economic development. However, due to the reasons of social history and geographical location, the development of the western minority areas is still relatively lagging behind, and the driving ability to the region still needs to be improved, especially due to the differences in language and customs. There are still some obstacles to the economic and cultural exchanges between ethnic minorities and Han nationality, and a large number of bilingual talents between ethnic minorities and Han nationality can be trained as a bridge between ethnic minorities and Han nationality. It has become an important task to improve the level of social and economic development in ethnic minority areas. Based on the theory of multiculturalism, the theory of educational supply and demand and the theory of cultural ecology, this study is based on the present situation of the cultivation of bilingual talents in Chinese and the contribution of the cultivation of bilingual talents in Chinese and Chinese. This paper makes a lot of field investigation and interview work on the training goal, training mode, curriculum and specialty setting, social contribution and so on of bilingual talents training in ethnic colleges and universities in China, and highlights the contribution of talents training in colleges and universities for nationalities. This paper analyzes and summarizes the contributions of ethnic colleges and universities to the cultivation of bilingual talents in Chinese and Chinese, and the contributions of the cultivation of bilingual talents in Chinese and Chinese to ethnic areas, which highlights the importance of the cultivation of bilingual talents in Chinese and Chinese. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: the first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research background, research purpose, research significance, research methods, research content and so on. The second chapter is the basic part of the article, which mainly introduces the three theories that guide the research of the article. The third chapter investigates and studies the general situation of bilingual talents training in ethnic colleges and universities, and analyzes the professional setting, training objectives and training mode of bilingual talents training. The fourth chapter highlights the contribution of the training of bilingual talents in ethnic colleges and universities from the perspective of individuals and regions; the fifth chapter is some suggestions on the cultivation of bilingual talents in Chinese and Chinese; the sixth chapter is a summary of this paper. The purpose of this paper is to clearly depict the contribution of bilingual talents to the development of ethnic minority areas through the investigation of the present situation of bilingual talents training in colleges and universities for nationalities, combined with the role and significance of bilingual talents training in Chinese and Chinese. In view of the problems existing in the training, this paper puts forward some suggestions and suggestions.
